I do agreed with you that I do not think the Prince genuine likes her, he just needed her to help him cure his condition. So for Yixiu’s lack of moderation in eating will be an eventual problem for her. Although this drama is trying to show the simplistic love by connecting one’s problem to another, it’s not healthy portrayal. As eating disorders is a real problem.
