But of course his character’s motivation stem from a more narrow perspectives, a need to protect his Pei’s reputation at all course, and hence he had to handle himself cautiously around the Emperor and trying all means to be in Emperor’s good book. At this point WZ definitely have the upper hand as Emperor trust him. So this allows WZ to set PY. Watch on the competition between the two is quite fun.

From ep 5 - 9, FL is still figuring out PY’s character, and the more they interacted, she will discover their thinking were quite misaligned. This set up between JC and PY seems a drag of so many ep., but I guessed it’s needed to show how PY is scheming in a deep way. She will starts to feel more for WZ from ep 10 onwards when an event of her doing indirectly caused two deaths of WZ’s people where she starts to realise more of her navie thinking. So I would say ep 10 onwards you will see that she becomes more wary of PY and more trusting towards WZ.

With that flashbacks and hints, very likely is Zhang Nian.

Not yet, she is not. In preview ep 23, seems like FL said that because she is trying to save Wei Zhao. Ep 20 is Yueluo’s arc, where Wei Zhao faces issues with his own tribe.

Yeah, it’s a pendulum swing in the writing. Think the author probably wants to show that the couple has strong foundation to begin with, then with misunderstanding and no communication that drift them apart, but deep down they still care a lot for each other, which a little ‘spark’ reconnects them since they are always so in love.🤣

Hahhaha…that will be very creative writing. But don’t think it will happen here as it will deviates too much from original writings 😅. But who knows, never say never, maybe the scriptwriters here decided to add in their creative ideas, the third bad ass, Dr Cui🤣.

Exactly how some of us felt for FL in the beginning. But this plot has the usual complication where romance puts tension to both ML’s choices and decisions. She will be the outliers in the game play that causes chaos. And I do preempt a SE for all of them. The only nicest person is Dr Cui Liang but he seems to have his own storyline too. Too early to tell, we are only half way of 40ep., much more angst to come😅.

Ah…thanks. I was wondering that scene didn’t make any sense and wasn’t explained. Although later FL has conveniently dropped the kitty and got it crush. So was it to show us ML’s guilt and dilemma.

Interesting to observe the leads’ parents relationship. FL’s parents’ relationship is strong hardship and no matter how difficult they stuck by each other; so their interaction are always bickering, spontaneous and candid. Vesus ML’s parents who were always formal and detached, now rediscovering and reconciling their sparks and romance in old age;).

Hahahha…I remember the Hidden Love BTS, it’s very technical and require experience in acting skills to do those scenes comfortably;)

Hence the title “Nirvana of Love”…it requires a zen FL to be in this messy situation with both MLs🤣.
