I totally understand the frustration and for this drama, the resolution come very late. This is one of the common topic that most of us debated on when we first watch the drama. Just sharing some perspectives, firstly not communicating is a common theme in c drama conflicts and in this drama, there is quite a lot of this moments. It’s actually quite hard for FL to trust ML(TTJ) because before she time travelled, she saw her whole sect being slaughtered by him. Even a small part of her wants to believe in him, she can’t forget her mission and can’t take that risk. It’s the process of TTJ meeting LSS, did he change and wanted to not be just a born vessel for DG. You mentioned ML forgiving her? Ah…thanks for the explanation. That’s clarifies why CX is assured to let Xiu go to YZ. I must go reviewed that dialogue, I hear the part about Xiu not taking revenge for Ge, but miss the double meaning about YZ. Yes, pretty much like the GOT situation, the Walls cannot fall. ZiChuan keeps the peace and balance among the races. Let’s hope CX won’t attempt to get rid of Xiu because of Ning’s behaviour.

Well analysis. With so much unrest and chaos in YuanZhuo, Xiu would be the best person to stay there and settle issues. But I also doubt CanXing would want Xiu to become as powerful as Ge, so I suspect he may try some schemes to bring Xiu back and control him.

Ep 1 was mind blown for me, here’s some thoughts: 1. the illustrated drawings in the beginning title songs; 2) the majestic appearance of XiXi’s DG and his two side kicks; 3) LuLu’s beauty and cuteness (never before this have I see LuLu as pretty, she has charm, but the first ep., she was 😍 beautiful, like an angel); 4) first time seeing DengWei, handsome chap; 5) then our very cute ChunTao, felt she was so natural in her role; and last but not least 6) the overall CGI was top notch!!!, most impressed.
Four more ep to end this drama, I am guessing we will see the three brothers splitting, becoming enemy (or maybe one will die), Xiu marries Ning, and then the end. And we will wait for season 2, which no idea when will it happen.😅 Just speculation and hypotheses.

Yes, Leyan has a growth journey. Here even after her ‘little’ journey, she is still behaving so spoilt, making ZX takes revenge for her horse, stand guard outside her room and blames him for not checking on her after he literally just slept uncomfortably outside the door. Who would fall for a girl like that? She feels more like a parasite that ZX couldn’t get rid off. Who would write a character this way?
