I am sure most have read others comments and it’s also expected for CY’s drama that he will have his final heroic sacrifice.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Lots of dramatic scene for last ep., don’t expect that from YFS.

I am done…so many multiple twists and turns for last ep…but all know how XHA will end this….spoilers below.

Checking my watchlist for 2025, realised I am not really a sweet romance type of watcher, normally the romance come with angst, like those titles mentioned by Pytheos and ChunTian. The one you mentioned was the one I didn’t watch😅.But I do have two which I feel that their romance is kind of sweet from beginning to end which are: Youthful Glory and The Best Thing😍🤩.

Brillant review as usual. I am glad you pick this up. I couldn’t write the review as I feel so sad after the whole show. I totally agreed with you on the ending. I don’t believe it was a fairy tale ending and thought it was done to lighten the impact for general audience reception. And it’s also one of those show that will stick with me a long time.

It’s not that deep, what FL is going through is a school girl crush of a boy she thought she loves. And I agreed that she is just infatuated with an unrequited crush that she idolizes, so when she actually meet the guy she truly fell for, she will learn. It’s her journey.
Oops…guess I can relate as been there done that😅.

We can describe here as the Prince meets the Princess.

Actually I find that scene has realism, it is not uncommon in real life. FL’s parent are separated, and FL has always been independent and an adult. Furthermore, the accident happened at work-hostel, her boss send her in and registered her admission. So when she comes around, she can choose to contact her families, if she wants to, so obviously here, she didn’t want to.
I like that at least the drama shows that when she was discharged, it shows that she did contact her Mom but just downplayed her accident.

Yes! That will be something we all anticipating 🤩.

Ep 8 Lin Yu Sen discovered that he is still attracted to Nie XiGuang, and he wants to begin fresh start with her….Again praising Gu Man for writing an ideal ML for viewers to fantasize on😍. He will start his pursue 😘.

I really like Gu Man’s FL, Strong, witty and smart, empathetic, a great character!. Zhao Jin Mai acts well and portrayed the emotions so well, esp. ep 8, Nie XiGuang’s conversation with Lin YuSen.

This is author’s idealistic fantasy of romance…”what if a man fall head over heels for a girl at first sight…and story unfold that even after 1.5 years later he still really really likes her”. lol! Maybe every women’s fantasy to have such man in real world😅.

I watched them, I like her acting and the story, but just wasn’t very convince with the CP pairing…lol. It’s just me😅.
