Just started this, realised J-drama’s MLs are always super skinny, guess that’s their trend. I love the FL’s character - simple yet not dumb, direct yet not insensitive. Only 10 ep, but guess the release date will be slow.
Ep 20, Shi Qiang said, “ Shen Yu Fei’s god needs Buddha to protect ??!!”
These to plot points were done better in the book: Here, I do not understand Pan Han’s motive for killing Shen Yu Fei? And Wei Chen is correct, the police is quite useless here, monitoring Pan Han, yet he could just kill someone like that.
I have the same impression. They are over-explaining the hard science with too many analogies. And as @Megumi…
That’s an interesting idea!;) Love it! Wonder how they look like physically. When I read the book and imagining what they have to do to survive as a species in their harsh environment, I don’t think they will look at least like human👽😅
Just done with three ep. Rethinking whether I like or don’t like this. I have watched previous k drama and c drama with similar plot, older woman and younger man’s romance, however felt this one the young man feels too much like a boy. Although these two MLs have good storyline. I just feel that I cannot see them together as a couple. It’s just me, lol! But I love the character’s work role and how they deal with difficult situation as individuals. Wonder would I continue.?

I have the same feeling when I first watched it. Kept wondering why the drag and felt that the story can be told faster, and with better editing, the series would end at ep20. Lol! But maybe my personal expectation. As when I read the book I control the pace, less dramatic. But So far I like the treatment of Shi Qiang, Ye Wen Jie and Shen Yu Fei. Wang Miao’s reaction initially was too over the top for me, but at least in the later ep, his character became more grounded.
