But it does make you a bigot
If you got better things to do, then stop replying here. Why are you getting triggered over my comments then? Typical Far-left lunacy.

I like Trump and I also like BL shows. What is there to be surprised about?
It's a joke, don't you realise it?

But it does make you a bigot
Calling someone a bigot is just silly tactic from the far-left lunatics who tried to shut down conversations. It's 2025, and honestly it's getting old. Tried something else instead.

Found out that apparently online Woke activists from the West are attacking Joss because he followed right-wing commentators from the US. I dunno why it's so controversial, he has never hide this fact as those who followed his IG and Twitter/X already knew. Liking Trump does not mean you are a homophobe. I like Trump as well and I also enjoyed watching BL shows. What is so surprising here?

sadly, quite disappointed (see 2024-12-19 bltai article)
You can be supportive of LGBT rights and also not buy into delusional gender politics that the Far-Left in America and other Western countries actively propagates. Is that difficult to comprehend?
On Joss Way-ar Sangngern Jan 1, 2025
Joss is an amazing actor. Watched him in 3 Will Be Free and he is phenomenal in that series despite being a total newbie at that point of time. Regarding his political leanings, I dunno why it's suddenly a mini controversy as all along he has been quite honest about it in the sense that he likes Jordan Peterson and other so-called right-wing political commentators. Ppl are free to share and express their views and others should really back off from bullying him just because he doesn't share your same political views. It's also ironic in the sense that those 'Woke' keyboard warriors who go and attack Joss are mostly foreigners from USA and other Western countries where you might think freedom of expression is a protected right, what with all the non-stop condescending lectures from these countries' political leaders towards other countries in the world. Kindly be reminded that Joss is Thai, and he and the vast majority of other ppl in the world does not subscribed to the 'You're either with us, or you're not one of us' political mindset that has infested the thought process of the West, especially on the so-called progressive Liberal Left. May I remind you all that shutting down other opinions is a very illiberal action that reeks of authoritarianism. Liking Joe Rogan does not make someone a far-right sympathizer; have you all forgotten that Joe Rogan once interviews Bernie Sanders and he even endorses him in the 2016 US presidential elections? These days, what you all Woke activists called 'far-right' is more akin to moderates/center-right from 10 years back. Grow tf up and learn that people can have different views and still acts in BL and be supportive of LGBT rights. I love BL shows and at the same time I also believe what Trump says is correct, that there are only TWO genders. The Non-binary thing is fake as hell. Get over it.

This show was geo-block in my country's iQIYI so I thought no worries since I noticed a lot of videos have been popping out in those streaming sites online so I started to watch those. First two eps were good and well-translated into English but as soon as I started ep 3 I noticed the quality of the translation has nosedived. Ep 3 and the rest of the other eps were all taken illegally from GagaOolala and the translations were really off and confusing, it's indeed terrible. Found out then that the reason first two eps had such good translations were because they were taken from iQIYI. Got myself a working VPN and switched my country in order to watch the complete series on iQIYI and super glad I did. I noticed a lot of comments here about the confusing plot. Perhaps it will be better and much less confusing if you guys watch it in iQIYI like me instead.

Person Lee Sun
When he cries, the atmosphere becomes moody and depressing and when he smiles, it's like a new day has arrived with a gorgeous sunrise! Super cute and he has a really lovely distinctive voice as well!

As someone who live in Changmai for quite sometime now I can attest that this thing happen a lot in a mid ager…
That's why some of these comments are quite nonsensical, tbh. These ppl loved to nitpick things in scenes where they don't understand the cultural context, and worse still do not make an effort to understand them at all. It's just really immature and silly imo.

This is a neighbourhood social club for middle-aged couples, not the high-class gentlemen's club you find in London…
Watch the scene again, this time observe properly. Those who beat up Nueng and Palm are not high school gang members. There are adults, those who attend the social dance.

Yeah, I'm dropping this - it's too stupid to watch. Who gets that violent at a ballroom dance? Over being jostled…
This is a neighbourhood social club for middle-aged couples, not the high-class gentlemen's club you find in London or New York. I have been to one of these. Most of these clubs are started by Chinese settlers and used to be high-end gathering places for the elites in society back in 1920s, 30s, and 40s but now they are just normal rundown social clubs for the old. They no longer attract the cream of the crop of society. It's perfectly normal to see ppl wearing jeans to some social ballroom dance gathering and getting drunk and behave poorly. Not inconceivable at all.

Perhaps if you dunno the history of these clubs then you might find ppl behaving violently in such manner in these places hard to believe, but from where I am from (South east Asia) this is perfectly normal.

I must say, Chopper and Palm are my favourite characters right now, despite Chopper being on my sus list.
Perth played Chopper really well. I'm scared that Chopper might temporarily turn on Nuengdiao becos he is competing for Ben's affection, though I have feeling even if this happens there will be a redemption arc for him and both the cousins will kiss and made up. :-)

WTF I can't get any captions on youtube. Anyone else having this problem? It's like every series from GMMTV. Weird.…
You are correct. The subs were available last nite when I watch all of ep 4. I watched it again early this morning and the subs were still there. Just check the videos again and the subs were now gone.

This is probably a technical issue, subs for ep 3 are still there however. Pray and hope GMMTV fix this quickly.

In Episode 4, I do not understand why Palm needs to get a job in order to earn enough money to buy a new pair…
He don't get paid now as his job is an unofficial helper. Maybe he was paid a very basic stipend. But in order to quickly buy a branded pair of sneakers that cost more than your basic monthly wage, it's obvious he has to perform some side hustles.

Not sure where are you from but in Thailand, a branded pair of Nike or Adidas sneakers can literally cost more than the minimum monthly wage for the normal Thai salaried-worker.

Honestly when PondPhuwin were announced as leads of this lakorn-style heavy drama BL series, I was a bit worried whether they will be able to pull it off. Phuwin is an experienced actor since he was a child though sometimes I do think he tends to over-act a bit, especially in emotional, angry scenes. Whereas Pond is still a rookie actor. But wow, I was really impressed so far, their acting has been really good and Pond has really improved leaps and bounds. For me, his role is the hardest as he needs to convey multiple emotions with just his facial expressions and body language without saying it out and he absolutely nail it! Their chemistry has been on fire since the first ep and imho this is their pairing's greatest strength over other BL ships! They might not be the best actors or the most handsome but their chemistry together is definitely top-tier! This was also why they were paired up in the first place in FUTS, as both the husband-and-wife director-screenwriter duo of that series commented that their natural chemistry was electric.

I feel like this series would not be many ppl's cup of tea as it is a lakorn-style heavy drama that explores social issues such as classism and the divide between wealthy and poor ppl in society. It's not a comedy series that is generally more palatable to many BL fans. A lot of ppl were incorrectly saying this is a mafia-style series like KinnPorsche but if you watch the interviews with P'Jojo the director, he already mentioned this is not a mafia-style series. It's just that it kinda reflects reality in many Asian societies, especially in South-east Asia where many rich business tycoons do have a side hustle engaging in underground triad/mafia activities in order to protect their own business dealings and deter competitors. This can be shown in ep 1 where mama Tanya told uncle Kit to manage their casino business at the Thai border. It's a great touch of realism as in reality, there are many underground casino businesses located near the Thai border with Cambodia, Myanmar and I believe Vietnam as well that caters to illegal gamblers.

I am not sure why BL fans are so toxic in the sense that they expect the BL leads to be perfect men without any character flaws or imperfections. I find it very silly as if the characters were already perfect from the beginning, then they won't be any character developments in the storyline and the entire story will be boring as hell then. Mary Sue-style characters are not only unrealistic but they are super annoying and off-putting as well. I see many in the comments hating on Nuengdiao after ep 4 and yes although I feel like slapping him after the messy outburst he unleashed on poor Palm, I do understand this is part of his character development journey and I can't wait to see more of him later. I understand from the trailer he will be an arsehole on many occasions but Palm will be like a masochist constantly coming back to his side to support him. :-)

Many of you also hated on Ben but I just can't bring myself to hate him as Chimon played him to perfection! He is snobbish but super cute and his silly kiss with Nuengdiao is endearing as well as it reminds me of my own first kiss at that age; sloppy and messy and inexperienced lol! Ppl don't become expert kissers on the first try so give him and Nueng some slack pls! That scene is supposed to show just how inexperienced and maybe a bit uncomfortable that kiss is for both of them. And Perth is really damn good in this ep 4, you can definitely feel the chemistry between him and Chimon bursting through the screen. I want to give my advance congratulations to GMMTV as they have found another BL pairing that would be huge and we can see that happening later this year when Dangerous Romance drops.

It's quite obvious this is to set up the plotline for season 2. Korn seems to be the main villain here, and his…
Or would you rather he pick Vegas? Someone who would likely avenge his father? If he pick his other sons then the other gangsters would be saying he is concentrating power among his own immediate family.
I don't find it weird, I don't read the novels' plot, so I am interested to see what they plan to do next in season 2.

I agree with you on the weird shorts Gun was wearing lol! That got me cracking!
Korn obviously got help from some trusted bodyguards to hide that woman. It doesn't have to be so apparent and literal in the plot to show that that he has help in hiding that woman. He is mainly hiding her existence from his sons and younger bro.
I dunno if you really follow the VegasPete plot but I completely understand the pet reference at the moment. He was trying to stop Vegas from offing himself.
I dunno why you got a diff vibe. It seems to be the same old silly ep as the ones before, just with a huge dose of action. And plotwise obviously setting up for season 2 with the Korn master villain plot and the 'fake mother' thingy.
