Well apparently no ending kiss scene here for this series and people here are up in arms! Untamed is bromance genre, that is what it is. If China is more open-minded, then they won't have to hide their romance. I prefer the novel rather that the actual series. Many people would say the same for 2gether as well.

Your bias for this drama is Showing. It's not fair to compare the viewership ratings for a drama that was backed…
But the viewership ratings is huge for the show isn't it? My supposed bias doesn't cause that. I already mentioned earlier that Covid 19 situation plays a role in this series becoming super popular. You were saying they rid all semblance of a relationship? So not being intimate enough? For a show that is rated 13+? Sotus also doesn't have much intimacy but fans were raving about it. You should know for now that this is aimed at a general audience, no mistakes about that. I like BrightWin becos of their acting and I'm not some delusional fans who always shipped BL couples together. These two are straight through and through so those who want them to be dating in real life are just crazy and stupid. Shipped couples don't last long; well this is quite obvious cos they are shipped, not real.

Bright looking uncomfortable acting here? No one was complaining about his acting early on in the series and so the last two episodes piss you off and you guys blame it on him? He didn't wrote the script, he is not the director, so why the hate? It seems a lot of people here are confusing him for Sarawat the character, and expect him to act like Sarawat all the time, duh! I don't hate the fantastic actor who play Tyrion Lannister even though I hated his character in the last two seasons of GoT.

It seems to me you might have a bias againt BrightWin. It's okay to dislike them for whatever reason, so I'm not gonna hold it against you.

Untamed doesn't even have a kiss scene, right? If it follows the novel faithfully, there would be plenty. It is just bromance, that's the reality, and my comment was not meant as a diss towards Untamed. If you ask me which Chinese BL I prefer, I would answer Addicted.

Aww, I hope they stuck to the soldier occupation but I do understand that this might be politically sensitive in Thailand, since the current government is ran by former military men who conducted a coup to overthrow the previous one. Anyway, this story is going to be sweet and emotional so I am waiting patiently to see it on screen.

Finished watching it, honestly I do feel a lil disappointed in that there is no ending kiss scene but to tag is as Bromance is just quite petty. This is still a BL series, Bromance would be for Untamed where all traces of romance between the two male leads have been removed. Gonna have a lil rant here.

I think many people were so disappointed that there is only a high five between Sarawat and Tine in the concert scene that they keep shitting on it. Sarawat is very happy cos his band won and that means P'Mil won't be able to ask Tine out, that's the reason why he was celebrating with his band.

P'Mil and Phukong don't really make much of a impression here. I believe they should have been given more scenes to flesh out their story since this couple are billed as the second leads.

I was actually very impressed with ManType couple in the last ep and Man obviously stole the show here! His scenes with Type and Boss were so funny and it's so believable that he and Type became a couple that even without a kiss scene, it was wonderful to watch!

Regarding season 2, I don't think there will be one since this series is adapted from the two existing novels, so the story has pretty much finished. I read somewhere that Jittirain the author is making another sequel to the SarawatTine story and even if that is true, it might be another 1-2 years before we get to see season 2 adapted from it.

The best thing about this series is definitely BrightWin. Their chemistry is unbelievable! I believe GMMTV kinda knew they were going to blow up since they have been promoting this pair months before the show actually airs, by taking them to awards shows, press conferences, etc. However they did not expect the series to be so successful(the Covid 19 pandemic does play a part though) and I would dare say, the most successful Thai BL series so far, based on the viewership and online chatter. The OSTs are also amazing and the inclusion of Scrubb songs in each pivotal scenes were excellent. We have to thank Jittirain for that and I would not have heard of Scrubb if not becos of her and this series.

Still loving it so far as hey, there is no such thing as perfection right? Though a kiss scene at the end would have been better, haha! Anyway, gonna look forward to The Shipper that is airing next week and later in the year A Tale of Thousand Stars.

I see so many comments dissing this series recently, I wonder why? Everyone is like complaining about the series going downhill since ep 7, some will say since ep 5, some here says only first 3 eps are good, the rest are disaster, etc. Imo, only ep 11 is a bit boring to me at first with the camp thing as it is not based on the novel, but the last few scenes where they reveal Sarawat's perspective after falling in love with Tine is the best and cutest ever. Some people are however complaining about why they don't kiss in the bus, but to me that's not an issue. I just want their cute moments together.

I know after ep 12 aired everyone will be up in arms over this series over how Sarawat seems different and how they hated that Pam as a character is different from the series than in the novel. Well, if you would have realized, for those who have read the novels, that many scenes have been changed and restructured and not all romantic scenes have made it to the show. Many side characters have been trimmed out as well. This is just the nature of adaptation, I have never seen a single adapted tv series or movie that is totally 100% the same as the novel it was adapted from. There has to be changes as when you are making a tv series, you are showing it to the masses and most of them would have short attention spans. You can only keep the most relevant scenes as each ep only has around 45 mins to 1 hour for you to capture your target audience attention.

Well, back to Pam. Ppl seem to hate that she has become the 3rd party and interferes in SarawatTine relationship. They don't like women being portrayed badly in BL series. My answer to that is if you watch normal mainstream non-BL romance dramas, the homewrecker is usually another woman and no one seems to be bothered about that. Why can't women be the villain in a BL series? Are all women such angels that they can't be portray as evil bitches? Pam in this instance is not even a villain imo despite being a third party as it doesn't seem that she realized that Sarawat is currently dating Tine, for now lol!

Anyway, for me ep 12 is good as it shows more drama cos you all were saying they are being repetitive and boring. I might be biased as I just love jealousy dramas as I know the pay off in the end will be hugely satisfying when the issue is resolved and the lovers reunite, and I will be grinning from ear to ear for at least the next few weeks afterwards. ;-)

But others are saying good things about Why R U and TharnType and they go around trashing other shows like 2gether. So I have my right to speak out as well. And attack, if you would term it that way.

I think that's a bit far-fetched. Showing more skinship does not necessarily mean you'll end up with a "soft porn".…
My reply is quite late, hahaha. First off, let me correct myself. This series is actually rated 13+. So your argument about lots of skinships and kiss scenes perhaps doesn't really hold water since this is Thailand and it's still a conservative society overall.

You also mentioned in your other comment above that you like 3 Will Be Free and you are wondering why 2gether isn't it, in terms of showing intimacy. The ratings explains this issue perfectly. 3 Will Be free is rated 18+, and 2gether is 13+. You can't really compare apples and oranges right?

Go watch a gay soft porn is meant as a joke. It's not to be taken seriously. Obviously if you are surfing the Internet I doubt you wouldn't know where to find porno (lol) but your obsession with intimacy being shown onscreen is somewhat peculiar to me. There are many shows produced around the world about romantic relationships and they don't show too much intimacy due to a multitude of reasons: cultural, religious, conservative attitude, etc. Are these shows not at all realistic depiction of life then? At the end of the day, you can't expect all shows to be showing full-on intimacy like western Young Adult shows. Cultural values are different and perhaps the target audience for 2gether, which are targeted at young Thai girls will only meant less skinships and more cute moments instead.

You mentioned as well about other flaws you have about the show besides intimacy but hey, I agreed on that. No show is perfect as nothing in life is perfect. What is perfect for one might not be perfect for another person altogether. So far, I have find it to my liking. The use of Scrubb's songs in the scenes involved are perfect imo as they accurately convey the feelings in those scenes.

Anyway, hope you have a good time watching this show.

I don't know how you can come to that conclusion that Sarawat had 'outed' Tine. In my perspective, this is just…
My reply is quite late, hahaha, but the 'Tine is only gay for Sarawat' line is not to diss any LGTBQ ppl. This is a common trope in BL series, where the seemingly straight guy falls in love with another male. It's quite a popular trope, so no offense was intended.

Anyway, if you read my posts, you should have seen my long-winded posts about how ppl are quick to judge a man's sexuality, whereas for women they can go love any gender whatsoever but this is okay as 'women are fluid'. I'm not gonna bored you with this long-winded explanation again (Lol) but I always believe that sexuality for all men and women are equally fluid and that they should not be held back by labels. Love who you love, and do not care about what others think. At the end of the day, it's your own happiness in life that matters.

I think there was a mistake when creating a profile for this series. This series is actually rated 13+
Really??? If it is, this really puts all those silly complaints to rest! These people comparing an 18+ rated series like Why R U and Tharntype with 13+ rated 2gether??? Lmao, if they are so thirsty then please go watch porno!

Thanks for the info, dear!

A lot of comments here complaining about the lack of sex scenes, and comparing it to Why R U which has tons. Why R U however doesn't have a proper story development and their leads don't have the same chemistry that BrightWin has. Sorry, but there is a reason why 2gether is more successful compared to its peers. Proper storyline and character development plays a huge role, plus the superb acting and chemistry really sold the story! I agreed the editing is a bit weird at times but it is not a major flaw. Compared to some other series whose only selling point is that there a lot of sex scenes, but when it comes with a forgettable plot, it would at most watchable to pass the time. Don't forget that this series is rated 15+ and the target audience is younger.

Series is rated 15+. In Thailand, that means no sex scenes, or if there is it will only be hinted. The target audience is younger for this series.

At least SOTUS's lack of physical affection made sense. This is just ridiculous. GMMTV, at least give me something.…
I have been seeing quite a few comments now complaining about the supposedly lack of intimacy, and comparing it to Sotus. Sotus only have like 2 kiss scenes and the two leads don't even hug or act cute around each other all the time whereas for this series, they already kissed like 3 times and always act cute and do all the hugging and boob-grabbing constantly. It seems like you all are just thirsty for sex scenes. This series is rated 15+, not 18+ like Tharntype so forget about your need for salacious tongue-kissing and full-on sex. The target audience is younger so this is how it is marketed. Watch Bangkok G Story or Gay OK Bangkok if you need more sex.

I thought Tine and Sarawat kissed like two, three times already by now? Do you really watch this series properly at all? I don't know how you can miss that, lol! To your complaint about the lack of kiss and intimate scenes, this series is rated 15+ so the target audience is younger. Other Thai series like Tharntype is rated 18+ so there is more freedom to show tongue-kiss scenes, sex scenes, etc. So far many people have been watching it and they are enjoying the series well. If you want more intimate and salacious scenes, watch a gay soft porn like the what the other commenter above suggest, lol!

This series is rated 15+, targeted at teenage girls and older who are fans of BL. If you want to see more sex scenes, go for Friendzone by GMMTV. That one is rated 18+. or Tharntype, which is rated 18+ as well. There are already a few kiss scenes in this series and a lot of cute hugging/grabbing boobs moments so intimacy is already there. You want something more then watch other series with more sex scenes or like the other commenter above, watch a gay soft porn, lol!

Sarawat basically outed Tine but no one talking about it... This series does some questionable things but everyone…
I don't know how you can come to that conclusion that Sarawat had 'outed' Tine. In my perspective, this is just a silly love declaration to their friends and everyone else that they are dating. And after it happens, do you see Tine's friends treating him any differently or negatively? And do the other people in the same University starts to distance themselves from Tine, or bullying him? People in the series don't have a problem with two guys dating so what is the issue? Outing gay people without their permission in a society that oppresses gays would be a problem but it clearly isn't the case in the series. Thai society while not 100% accepting of LGBT community but clearly people are allowed to live their lives without having to worry about others who will beat them or throw stones at them. And in this case, there is no 'outing one's sexuality' as Tine is only gay for Sarawat, lol!

Agree with you on those Westernized characters, I know quite a few in my real life and those who are always worshiping the West absolutely grate on my nerves.

Hating on a character is completely normal and you need to get over yourself if you think that's mean! To each his own opinion. Btw, I would really really really love for Arisa to be killed off. It would be so much better if she is killed off in a violent and gruesome manner and that she suffers greatly during her death scene!!! :-)

I was wondering the same thing, haha! But fyi, Thai Chinese would usually address themselves as 'Thai', rather than 'Thai Chinese'. The Chinese community in Thailand are thoroughly assimilated into Thai society so this is why they refer to themselves as Thai. In Bright's case, my wild guess would be one parent is Thai, while the other is Half American, half Thai Chinese. :-)
