I don't care. In my case, my first three words say "alright, just finished." I placed two spaces and then I began. There's no reason you should have continued reading. I won't be elaborating further.
My first few words say I just finished the show. Anyone who reads that, should stop. I don't understand reading comments when you haven't finished the show.
Alright, just finished. I truly enjoyed this. No negative comments from me.
HOWEVER, regarding the story, I'm upset that Jay didn't die. He didn't deserve a happy ending. Complicity to crimes is just as bad, if not worse, than commiting the crimes. His should have been the most gruesome death, imo. But other than that, great acting and pretty good series.
I am officially all caught up and I am in LOVE with this series!
This is mature! No college/university drama. This is a legitimate triangle. Because, as of right now, Jira doesn't yet know that he likes Koh. But he knows he likes Pheem. The gray area is that Pheem and Koh are friends. While there isn't really a "messy" situation, it is about to be. I LOVE Dew in this role. And Off has been naked for 85% of the series so far. I am loving the theme of this series and can't wait to see the remaining 5 episodes.
Alright, I just binged over the last couple days and am completely caught up and can give a review.
I am in LOVE with this series! This series is reminiscent of "Be My Favorite" with Gawin and Krist. And I also loved that series. I haven't read any comments because I don't yet want my opinions swayed.
After Only Boo I was eager to see them again and this series is not a disappointment. I'm not really a "fluffy" BL person. But these two were so good in their last show that I made another exception and I'm glad I did. This has the perfect balance of fluffy/cute and serious drama/edgey that's kept my attention. I can't wait to see the next few episodes!
I'm not sure exactly what people didn't like about this film. You could tell instantly that it was a dark drama. However, I love a story that sheds light on real issues in a real way. This dealt with immigration, civil unrest, a war torn nation, internal struggles, and a corrupt govt. This film showed just how life can happen to you and how, sometimes, the choices you make don't actually turn out for the best. This was a film the depicted the real life stories for ppl living life under certain circumstances. While only two parts left me questioning things. I love a film that leaves things up to the interpretation of the viewer. The ending became the beginning. You're left deciding for yourself what might have happened. I was left sad, yet hopeful. Beautiful film
There is nothing gay about it? Just show some butts on screen yet the lead sleeps with his girlfriend. Agreed…
What do you mean? Wan/Sorn was gay. Ji was bi. Wuth was gay. Sorn girlfriend was trans. Just because there was intercourse shown, doesn't mean sexuality wasn't explicitly shown.
He doesn't need to be pigeonholed with a ship.He needs to just be allowed to act and not have to rely on ships,…
I wholeheartedly disagree. To me, he's the best actor in this series, so far. I don't care for him being "in love". I think it limits their acting ability. He's so much better than that. But I understand what you're saying
Barcode is still unpaired!!!!! What is gmmtv still waiting for?? Give us a second couple or even third I don't…
He doesn't need to be pigeonholed with a ship.He needs to just be allowed to act and not have to rely on ships, like so many others have. He's too good of an actor to be stifled by a ship
Unfortunately, I am in the number of those who dropped this show. I wanted to love it like everyone else, but I just couldn't get there. I started episode 6 and had to stop.
First things first, the acting, by all parties, is amazing! The premise of the show is very interesting. I was hooked 15 minutes into episode one. The first episode is how you grab someone's attention! However, it kinda drifts off after that. A few of my personal annoyances are as follows.
1: The historical inaccuracies. I'm not some big film critic, but nothing here felt like 1999. NOTHING. Well, the Nokia phone was very accurate. Lol. I had that phone. But other than that, I don't feel like director did the best job of making us feel like we were in 1999.
2: Armin. I know, I know. He was so loveable and cute. But he started to annoy me, a lot. Mainly because he started acting like a young 20-something when he, mentally, was in his 40s. The mistakes he was making. The way he kept losing his temper. Even the way he interacted with Tada. It was very immature. Especially for someone who woke up 25 years in the past.
3: The plot dropped. There is no reason for them to have established the plot so soon in episode one, to nearly abandon it and have Armin just living. Also, you died 25 years after waking up. The likelihood of finding out anything from those close to him, that far in the past, was a bit farfetched. Him falling in love and all of that seemed secondary to the plot that was presented to us in episode one.
4: Tada was/is a stalker. That's not cute. I will say no more on this subject. lol
All in all, it wasn't a bad show at all. I enjoyed it, mostly. It got to the point where I was waiting for it all to end and/or just "get to the point". But the acting was great and I have nothing negative to say.
Just finished episode 3 and I am hooked! THIS is everything I wanted My Golden Blood to be before I dropped it. I'm loving the story and the acting. My ONLY compliant is that I wish the fighting scenes looked more realistic. But the romance. The angst. The slight comedy. I love it all! I'll be watching every episode. Also, this is my second time seeing Barcode act and he is GREAT! I hate his character so much... In a good way!
