I just got back from viewing this in the theater. All I can say is EVERYONE was correct, you will cry your eyes out a few times. The premise is pretty straight forward. You know exactly how it's going to end. But the ride (the storytelling) was amazing. The acting, exceptional! Billkin was so good in this particular role. I was soooo mad at him! However, Taew/Grandma was the absolute star! She acted her butt off! I laughed and cried so much! That was truly an exceptional movie with an exceptional cast. So glad I could see it in the theater.

I just saw a clip of this on TikTok and came here to decide if I'll watch. However, I just saw a "Adult-Minor" tag and that is a huge NOPE for me. Question before I pass judgement, is it like a high school senior being 18 and a relationship with a freshman relationship? Or an actual high school teenager and an adult?

How old is the adult? because if someone is in high school, they are a child. and conflating legality with morality is a problem.

Yep. I dropped it after episode 6. No one had any redeeming qualities and Joe was entirely too dumb and annoying. Wasn't a bad show or premise. I just couldn't do it. lol

I can't speak for OP, but I get the point. It's nearly unwatchable for me due to there being no redeemable characters and Joe just being overall insufferable. It's not a bad show, it's just.. don't make a lot of sense, plot wise. However, I'm just on episode 6. Things may change. Joe is just being dumb and that's a bit annoying. lol

Huh? We're seeing the show from Joe's (Poomp) perspective. We only see "Joe 2" because that's what "Joe 1" sees.

I am 5 episodes in and am simply pissed. Joe is an idiot. Ming is an evil, psychotic abuser, Tong is just a narcissist. Idk if I'll be able to make it through this series. Not because it's bad, because definitely isn't. it's actually good. VERY good. If I am screaming at the tv, the show is good. Idk if I can finish it because I hate EVERYONE. I hope that changes😅

This show is pretty good. I have no hate for it. However, I'm going to drop it. It simply not for me.

I thought it was going to have much less comedy and have a more serious nature. If you, like myself, enjoy OffGun, you will probably enjoy this. Like most have said, it's good and funny. Hope you all enjoy it!

I take it you're not familiar with corporate settings 😂 It was a hospital gala for hospital staff and their friends. There's not much "professionalism" in those settings. And I've been to several.

It has been quite some time that GMM had me so hype for a new show and the show actually lived up to the hype. I am so happy we got this show! It gave me everything I think we've been missing from GMM shows.

Cons:

1. I LOVE Pod. But I HATE every single character he ever plays. He should not have gotten a happy ending.

2. I wanted them to do so much more with Plakao's character. I really wanted them to truly dive deep and shed some light on Ace. Also, I HATE Title. I have hated him in every single role I've ever seen him in. And I will never forgive him for what he did to Boston in Only Friends.

3. We needed an entire 30min special episode dedicated to Oyei and Cher! They were EVERYTHING and more.

Pros: LITERALLY everything else! This show had drama, comedy, romance, adult themes, and so much more. I will truly miss this show. Thank you GMM for coming through with your A game with this series!
