First of all, fantastic article! I have soooo many 2020 dramas to check out now. xD I love how you included Douban ratings. I definitely noticed the LGBT+ Queer Baiting and it was kind of annoying. Another trend I noticed, was the increase of dramas about the voice dubbing industry.

They should have stuck with the 1 case per every 2 episodes formula. Once they deviated from it, it got less interesting. Not enough humiliation in the 2nd half and a couple of things were left unconcluded. However, it had a fantastic start and is still worth watching if you're a fan of revenge plots.

omfg, i remember watching the 2009 version and would totally watch this just to see that ridiculous scene at the end. xD

I found this boring. The main couple barely had any chemistry. They added fluffy stuff in the second half, but I still was bored. I liked the secondary couple a lot better.

"Inspired by a man's voice in her head." I haven't seen the drama yet, but I've worked with schizophrenic people before. Hearing voices in your head is generally not a good thing lol.

The first half of the synopsis makes it sound like she is schizophrenic.

I've only seen Survival Family and loved it. I plan to check out all the post 2000s movies, except maybe Robo-G. Thanks. :)

Katy Perry's Hot N Cold should have been on the soundtrack because that's exactly what the male lead reminds me of....sometimes nice, sometimes mean, but 100% possessive.

Not about the actual drama, but imagine waking up from a coma in 2020 and there's earthquakes, fires, floods, and of course a pandemic. I'd totally watch that plot.

The plot seems kind of interesting, but that pink poster is kind of making me back away.

I'm gonna pretend like I didn't know this drama existed until I see subs. x_x

It was interesting in the middle, but the last 30-40 episodes were such a drag. It ruined the drama for me. Flat characters, bad script, bad direction, but cute kids, cute dog, and for the most part I loved the FL's family. I hate that they dragged out the romance though. It took forever for them to get together. The writers literally saved everything for the very end.

Since no one has mentioned the last story (eps 19-20), I'll talk about it. I thought it was the funniest, despite the seriousness of the entire drama. It's nice to have some comic relief sometimes. This story literally made me feel ALL the feels. I felt that this story was the most relatable. It not only covered ordinary community volunteers, but also the people that had to stay at home during lockdown without going anywhere. It was a really nice story to close out the drama.

Too many interesting dramas coming out this fall! I want to watch most of them. XD
