To me it seemed , he was always very interested in her. In her confession, she mentioned how he has always kept…
Oooooh, maybe. But if that's the case, why didn't he confess first? After spending so much time with her he'd have been able to see that's she's not superficial and only into his money/looks. (IMO he already knows she's lying about it, which is why he keeps on asking her again and again why she likes him.)
I hate watching shows while airing. So I held off on watching this as soon as it aired, despite being a huge fan of the original Do Bong Soon.
But I couldn't resist the youtube shorts and snippets. And the way they built up the villain as a second male lead really really grabbed my attention. So I cheated and went right to the last episode as soon as it aired and watched that on fast forward. And...yeah massive disappointment. From the snippets of I've seen, the FL's connection with the ML is so superficial it's insane. The connection between the FL and the ML might be onesided and shrouded in lies but it's deep and heavy. So yeah...I'm massively upset at the ending. Massively disappointed that the show was written in this way, giving us this build up. And I'm so, so glad that I only saw snippets and not the whole show. I'll be giving this a skip.
Wow! Started off with a bang! The first six episodes do not disappoint. We get right into the story, with no boring lead-up. I love it!!
What an amazing female lead. Strong and courageous. You go, girl!!! I also like the male lead. He's not the typical "cold" CEO, he comes off as a nice, down-to-earth, and honest guy. They're both amazing.
But, what is interesting to me, is how fast the male lead decided to hang onto the female lead, and how fast he changed his mind about filming her book as soon as she started pulling away from him. Can someone who's read the book explain it? Did the show skip over something, or did I blink and miss it while watching? Also, if you know where to read an English translation of the novel, please please please let me know!! :))
1- Jade is annoying as hell. Who is he supposed to be- a reincarnation of one of the three stooges? Because that's how he comes off as....only a whole lot less funny.
2-Can Uea stop hitting, kicking, pinching King every five seconds? It's not cute or endearing. At all!
WTF is up with this show? I loved Bed Friends, loved the summary of Middleman's Love, was really looking forward to this. Wow what a huge disappointment.
What is going on here?
