I'll answer here as well concerning "Bokura no Yuuki" in case you don't see it in the feeds ;)
As a show, it is well executed, though the acting isn't great (mostly johnnies at the beginning of their acting career) but serviceable. It isn't easy to watch cuz it can be pretty harsh. HOWEVER, I started looking at it with higher regard du to some comments I read on a youtube video concerning illegal immigrants and people's judgements on them. In "Bokura no Yuuki" we see those children stuck in one place, unable to move forward, the government doesn't give them enough to satisfy them, doesn't give them independence, and expect obedience. They are treated as second class citizens and have the fear of death and starvation at all time. That dorama does a great job of conveying that to us which is gives you food for thought ;)
Btw have you seen or heard of "Kimi to Ita Mirai no Tame ni"?

lool well I think that the writer has the potential to be better than this, or she brings up the idea but is too chicken to go deeper, or fails to understand the subject in the first place to explore it further. Greatest love was better in terms of understanding why the main couple love each other, it convinces me more. I'm not really a fan of hong sisters drama, but they do know how to make you believe in the main couple, make you invested in them. I've started s few dramas where the hero falls in love and I'm like "when did that happen?" Its not about how fast, but more the WHY & the HOW. In that regards I don't get WHY any of the couple in AGD are together. I'm thinking rerating it :P

So in a way it wasn't draggy & went well, but I find the story too shallow. I think the characters that developped the most individually and as a couple are Se ra & Tae San. Junk Rock & Min Sook couldve been interesting but they were ignored for the most part, Junk Rok used for comic relief & Min Sook as a Deus Ex Machina resolution to some problems, always appearing in the right moment. I never saw any development from the other characters, it felt more like fan service. The whole father-son could've been more interesting, but again was wasted and delt with on a shallow level. But let me tell you, I find their first love very selfish for not telling him he had a son, I cannot agree with that.
In the end it had potential but explore many subjuct on a shallow level. I'd give it a 6, but since it never actually felt draggy, which is a very positive thing, was brough up to 7 :P

Alright I'm ok with that :P I still have some reserve but I did acknowledge that I might be too judgemental on it since I didn't actually watch it just was told the story

I've seen the movie "Go" a few years ago, its really interesting & fun. If you get the time west gate part was also really fun to watch and kubozuke does a really insame but lovable character ;)

Sorry i'd have to disagree. The only way to be forgiven is to confess to the authorities & get the appropriate punishment for it. Only then can someone be forgiven.

But still they show her fall in love with the guy she was forced to marry & that character was a helping hand in her rape (from what I understood from my sister who was trying to convince me to watch it) I just cannot accept that

Interesting... I honestly, from the bottom of my heart, hope that Arabic dramas never adapt Korean dramas >_<
lool true that!! They do things best when its an original story from their own ;) and I cringe sometimes when they're trying to make hollywood-like action scenes :P

Interesting article! I watched some turkish dramas and found them very good with interesting stories, but never…
Me too lol :P
Reminds me of prison break where the first 2 seasons were a master piece while the rest became weirder & weirder :P
Turkish Series start with a great idea but will milk it until it doesn't generate anything anymore. I like to know that my stories have a beginning and an end. Korean dramas might mess up big time but atleast you know there's an end :P

Why? I mean I'm not a fan of remakes generally, but I have seen so many great arabic TV series

Its Gumus, I hated it though :P Though the idea of korean remake of turkish shows wouldn't be so bad since they would be restricted to the 16-24 episode format so it'll do the story good. I liked "Ihlamurlar Altinda". Turkish shows have amazing soundtrack I love their music!! However I'd hate them remaking fatmagul, I didn't watch it so I know I'm judging it without knowing but the idea of romanticising rape disgusts me. My sister watched it and tried to defend it but I wouldn't hear any of it :P

I have to show this to my little sister she's OBSESSED with turkish series and makes fun of my watching Asian dramas :P I tried turkish shows, and its not like they're not good, but they drag until there's no more story to tell (kinda like why I stopped watching american shows).

Ep 10 was great at least now he knows how much she was up against after the divorce.. still hate the 2nd lead…
I just hope she doesn't turn all evil cuz she can inflict too much damage on Jung Woo, not just financially but emotionally, since he trusts her so much.. then again could be just a wake up call for him! I'm just not sure what to expect from this show as of now which is cool :P

The drama is really getting better every week, ep 9 was really fun and i loved the way CEO was facking being hurt…
It took me a while to realize he was actually playing lol that was too cute. The moment she's around, his personality turns into a nerdy dreamy guy which he desperately tries to hide by being all cold high and mighty :P

I understand that. I'm mostly angry at the writing of her character that made it too easy to hate her. I feel that her character was not well thought out & very shallow. They just created circumstances so we feel sorry for her. I wish her character was I mix of Ji Hye & Ah Reum from Emergency Couple where she's a professional at work and encourages newbies to give out their best, while actively pursuing her love like Ah Reum does. This way I'd root for her even if I love the main leads as much as I do now.

I think the scene in episode 9 where the Kook Yeo Jin sits next to JW is the most awkward ever!
SH is really cute & charming but I like AR & SH as friends or siblings, I don't see them as a couple. + I think she does enjoy spending time with JW (like when they were playing games at the camp), but there's a barrier right now thats not letting her enjoy herself fully.. that he has a lot to make up for. His tricks for me seem like that of a nerdy guy who doesn't have the courage to confess his love for her :P

Well I'm all with try not to loose him, but thats by trying to be around him, not by making a rumor that they're together. Even intervening the way Jung Woo intervenes with Ae Ra would be alright like trying to delay him from meeting Ae Ra, but she seems to be too concentrated on Ae Ra taking him that she's not seeing his own feelings

I think the main difference is that Seung hyeon's action feel more honest & I get the feeling that he'll back off if she tells him she likes someone else. Just that as long as she's free, he will try to change her affection for him. Yeo-Jin doesn't seem to be considering Jung Woo's feeling AT ALL!!

After seeing ep 10 I'm super happy! JW gets to know some truths thanks to mom-in-law. they became closer, albeit…
lol @ "my slight dislike for Yeo-Jin has been turned into hatred ugh" I didn't like her from the beginning, & no matter hw many times they show her fake leg, I really don't give a damn :P
