Agreed with everything you said ;) I actually gave it the same ratings. I think the drama itself is perfect as is, bringing the right people playing the right character, the vibe, the atmosphere all come together in harmony, but for me it's missing this factor where I HAVE TO SEE WHAT'S NEXT. I watched while it was currently airing so it was the perfect dose per week.

Also some stories were stronger than others but an interesting experience overall. If they do season 2 I'd happily watch more ;)

nah I want her to be all out evil like in the original book :P

:(

did anyone answered that question for you?

I don't think so. He himself got embarrassed saying it. Does "uncle's cousin" make sense though? I mean wouldn't make more sense if it was "cousin's brother-in-law's father's (or mother's) cousin" ?

You seem to only have good things to say about the movie, so why just a 6?

I don't agree with you. Yuri's mother's situation was realistic. They didn't want to paint the ending all rosy. That guy did something bad and it had a lasting effect just like he did back then. Waking her up would be too unrealistic and not in line with the show. The moral here is that shit happens, and we still live on. They didn't need to separate Fukami and Toyama though. I believe that they will get together sometime in the future. The main difference is in the 2nd tragedy is how kenji's family is acting now as oppose to how they ran away the last time.

You might not agree with me but I enjoyed this dorama so much that I want everyone to enjoy it the same way I did ;)

I think I'll keep in mind to watch once I'm done Kanbe ;)

Interesting. Really miss Tamaki Hiroshi!

I try not to miss OCN dramas. I really can't wait for those 2 thrillers!!

Sounds like my cup of tea :P its been added;)

Thx thats a very informative review. I like slice-of-life & 90s jdoramas but i don't like terminal illness tearjerkers. Is it an easy watch?

who can resist with that cast lol I wanted to waituntil I finish a certain exam but couldn't resist :P

I'm a really bad kdrama watcher :P I only watch Nine that I loved!! If I ever get the time, I might watch cruel city, maybe 2 weeks (thats if I really have nothing to do lol) but the rest doesn't appeal much to me. I've seen inuyasha (which is similar but better than gu family book) & all chilling romance.

with dramafever maybe even faster :P

Not a feature I'll be using but still very interesting and useful for many ;) thx for all your hard work :D

I'm not a huge reader but I love series & movies about books. I think this dorama is a good example it sure has the mood right for it ;)

Beyond relevant!! I can see that some newbie drama watchers or at least newbie to japanese dramas and movies might not know him since his last drama was in 2009 and he's been doing only movies the past 5 years but he's done many dramas and movies for over a decade and has won many awards. He's basically one of the top!! Eita used to play second lead to him. So yea he's someone awesome and very relevant ;)

I never got past the first episode.. not cuz it was bad just so depressing I just wasnt in the mood is it any good?

I know!!! can't wait to get back home and watch it!!! unfortunately its not working on my work computer :P (+ I'd get in trouble :P)
