Viewers also get to find out that the time zhaoyang had been saved from drowning, it was Yang Jian who had saved her and not Gao Yi.... At the employees outings Yang Jian and zhaoyang get closer emotionally, Jiang Hu arranges for them to have a wedding ceremony in the presence of other Tengyue employees, it was beautiful with 🌹🌹 bouquet and 💍 ring... A very romantic proposal and wedding vows.... Zhaoyang has not started sketching Yang Jian's figure instead of Gao Yi... Their relation is focusing on building emotional closeness.

* Xu Si and Jiang Hu's romantic relationship is also progressing well. They become more closer, go out on casual dates, wining and dining, cuddling and kissing... During the company outing they share a room end up spending a night together after both verbally confess their love... Jiang Hu's Birthday is coming soon and Xu Si demands a return gift that is not clothes😝. Jiang Hu decides to gift him customised old school Tengyue shoes. While he decides to buy back her red car 🚘 back for her birthday.

*Xu Si has a meeting with Ms. Tang of Aneda... His business proposal for Tengyue merger with Aneda is quite favourable for Jiang Hu... His conditions are 1.Tengyue brand will still remain operational, it's identity will remain separate from Aneda.
2. Jiang Hu will continue working in Tengyue and she can keep all her employees.
3.on top of this because it is acquisition of business, Baoxing investment and Jiang Hu will be paid a huge sum of money by Aneda for purchasing the business in the ratio of 51:49. So logically and monetarily this deal is very beneficial for Jiang Hu, it's like having your cake and eating it too......... But where emotions are involved logic goes out of the window.

* As Xu Si's mom rightly pointed out, Tengyue brand is like a baby for Jiang Hu, she had given birth to it nurtured it, now someone else wants to adopt that child guaranteeing that Jiang Hu will have visitation rights and be part of that child's life but legally the child will not be hers plus to add insult to injury Jiang Hu is offered to be a maid/ caretaker of that child... Would a mother agree to this proposal?????

* At this point zhaoyang, Ms.Yue, all Xu si's business associates, Xu Si's mother all of them know of his plans except Jiang Hu.... Xu Si Himself is in a dilemma because no matter how he tries to convince himself that he is doing this for Jiang Hu, she will never accept this.

*Meanwhile Jiang Hu is busy preparing for 100 years anniversary of Tengyue...

*At this point, I see two options for Xu Si to get back in good graces.

1. Some how take the controlling shares from Baoxing invt.
2. Convince Baoxing investment, not sell Tengyue to Aneda because Tengyue has the potential to outgrow Aneda with Jiang Hu's smart business strategies.

* When she is offered a job at TT media after her termination from Aneda, junior Mr.Du who is sitting for the initial recruitment procedure, looks down on her prim and proper dress, tells her she should get plastic surgery etc... She refuses some compromises, she refuses to work with people who do not meet her approval, she doesn't want to have plastic surgery and insists she will continue with the designs she prefers. ( many real life influencers compromise their ethics in the name of gaining popularity and getting big bucks)

*She refuses 'Plagiarism' , when she is offered an assignment with Free Unicorn by Zhang Wenshan's employee, he suggests 'taking inspiration' from Italian design shoes, she refuses to do that even if she displeases her bosses at TT media.

* When she is bullied in TT media by another jealous influencer ANan who leaked her photo online to discredit her, the management of TT media refuse to take strict action against ANan because he has huge online following... Zhaoyang throws powder on his face and threatens to disrupt his livestreaming by throwing powder at his during it, if he continues to pick on her.

*She is no pushover, she has her ways to deal with her mother. Three instances that stand out for me where she stood up to her mother. 1.in the beginning when her mother had lost a bundle of money and sat near the window sill threatening to jump, zhaoyang calmly opens the window and invites her to jump. 2.when her mother reminds Zhaoyang of Yang Jian's birthday, her mother suggests to be kind to him till she gets married to someone suitable, zhaoyang immediately gets angry at her mother and reminds her to treat him as her son and not some meal ticket... 3. After her hasty marriage with Yang Jian her mother is berating Yang Jian, zhaoyang immediately retaliates that maybe in 20 years she may turn as shrewish and flaky as her mother.

*when there is a difference of opinion about her initial design for Tengyue, she leaves in a huff but after overcoming her creative block comes back with new designs... Jiang Hu throws off their race and slows down while running so that the match will end in a draw enabling them to talk... After zhaoyang's Livestream of unveiling the new product design is successful, she visits the hospital, even though she has a major problem with Mr. Fang's presence at the unveiling ceremony she holds off that discussion for later when she sees Jiang Hu is still in pain at the hospital.... Zhaoyang acknowledges that Jiang Hu's choice of design and price point for the new shoes was much better than her earlier expensive design... She also discusses how Jiang Hu has become a more mature and changed person as Jiang deliberately allowed their previous race to conclude in a draw just so that they can communicate whereas earlier Jiang Hu would have always played to win.

* She listens carefully to Mr. Zhang's the production floor manager at Tengyue and takes his suggestion into consideration while designing a product suitable for Tengyue's past image and ideology. She also overlooks and takes sportingly Mr. Pei's criticism and nagging.

* she is overworked and underpaid at Tengyue but because she wants to proves herself as a designer and is grateful to Jiang Hu for trusting her by paying her compensation at TT media and breaking non compete agreement with Aneda, she will continue to give her best to Tengyue.

*when Zhang WenShan tries to poach her from Tengyue after her successful design launch online by offering more pay package, she shows extreme loyalty and integrity by refusing the new work.

* Even though she may not be head over heels in love with Yang Jian but she recognises his contribution to help her, she doesn't want to take undue advantage of his kindness so refuses to take compensation money to break the contracts with TT media and Aneda, she often asks hims not to cook or clean her place, when Yang Jian tries to help Zhaoyang at workplace she always asks him to take care of his own work as they should be professional in workplaces.... However she also subconsciously trusts Yang Jian, he is the person she calls when she is tailed by ruffins at night, she gifts him limited edition Aneda shoes that are not yet launched in the market, she goes to great lengths to find the shortcakes that he likes the best to gift him for his birthday.


Zhaoyang is a reserved person who is like an iceberg, what you see is just the tip of her feelings.. Yes, her too direct, unromantic marriage proposal was jarring because we feel Yang Jian deserves her love but because she appreciates him and trusts him, if she decides to allow her heart to follow her logic, she will fall in love with him deeply... Sometimes love is not just about burning passion but also about sharing a warm meal at the end of the day while discussing your day's problems, Yang Jian is just that guy for her, he has hair tie ready for her, allows her to contemplate deeply her issues by painting on his restaurant wall while patiently sitting, quietly beside her and at the end of the day always has warm wontons to offer her.... Their marrige was a rebound decision on her part but once we take a decision we should stick with it and sometimes we discover that our second options are better than our first and BEST choices.

After episode 30: My 'Minority Report' why I like the character of Zhaoyang, inspite of her imperfections....... Main highlights only.

I saw the flowers photos that you have uploaded in the photo section.. Each character is given the flower colour coordinated with their general costume colours, thats looking so aesthetically pleasing, cant wait for more promotional material to be released.. It would be great if we could get a wrap up ceremony for this drama.

Actually you brought up good points again.. With Zhou Qing's technology Tengyue can mass produce... Which now it is looking for because of expansion in markey share it's looking for OEM to manufacturer it's products because demand is greater than supply... But Jiang Hu aim in revival of Tengyue was to get back to traditional methods and retain hand craftsmanship, so that purpose will be defeated if AI technology of Zhou Qing is used... Let's see.

*Everything is set for the exhibition Jiang Hu talks with Xu Si on the phone the night before the exhibition at the Lidu Department store.. This conversation is quite Illuminating for what will happen in future... Xu si is trying to console, Jiang Hu that even if she loses he will always be by her side.. Only 1% of the people in the business achieve success because from an investment business viewpoint getting 20 times the return of original investment is considered success. Jiang Hu wants to be in that 1% category and Xu Si keeps telling her even defeat teaches a person a valuable lesson.

*showdown between Free Unicorn and Tengyue, Free Unicorn has spent ample money to attract customers with a world class music system, international models showcasing their products and cute mascots... Tengyue booth is isolated and ignored. Jiang Hu strategically plans her show in the afternoon when real customers come for lunch break, morning is just for window shoppers and onlookers.. She had planned to show a clip of famous people(with the help of Xiao Fei's mother) endorsing Tengyue shoes and praising their 100 year old legacy... Also she has brought musicians to play their musical instruments in a nostalgic song... The plan is a huge success and customers leave Free unicorn booth and throng to Tengyue.... A fairytale like success with Jiang Hu smartly dressed in white clothes walking on the stage accepting praises and applause from everyone for her grand opening.

*outside the Lidu Department store, Gao Yi and Xu si have a meeting. (At this point Gao Yi and Xu Si both have to work together to save Tengyue, maybe Gao Yi's help has come too little too late, not sufficient to absolve him of his role in Jiang Hu's downfall but as the saying goes don't look the gift horse in the mouth.)

* Jiang Hu is on cloud nine singing in the canteen, kissing Xu Si in the washroom, slow dancing on the terrace of Tengyue with Xu Si.

* Zhaoyang who was still nursing the dream of getting together with Gao Yi gets a rude awakening when he invites her to his wedding. Zhaoyang's dream crumbles to dust. On a rebound she proposes to marry Yang Jian. Her illogical logic is that if she can't marry the person she loves, she might as well marry the person who loves her... Everyone has a different response to their abrupt marriage, Yang Jian's friends joke upon seeing the marriage certificate that Yang Jian has a fake marriage certificate because his desire to marry Zhaoyang is too strong, zhaoyang's mother is too upset because she fears her daughter has married an unsuitable person. ... zhaoyang may not be deeply in love with Yang Jian but she wouldn't let her mother insult him, she answers back to her mother's question about what would zhaoyang's life be like in 20 years if Yang Jian turns into an alcoholic abusive person like his biological father, zhaoyang says that probably she will turn like her mother in 20 years, smoothly putting her mother in her place.

*I feel Zhaoyang will fall in love with Yang Jian if she keeps her heart open. Gao Yi was a mirage for her as well as Jiang Hu.... Both the girls have real, supportive, loving men in their lives now. It's time to put their past behind them.

* Jiang tells Zhaoyang about Gao Yi's long term relationship and hopes she lives a happy blissful life with Yang Jian.

* Gao Yi's soon to be wife is has terminal breast cancer and he has a sick father to take care of... Jiang Hu is shocked to hear that Gao Yi's father is still alive.

* proudly, Tengyue sales have increased so much that from being an OEM it is now looking for an OEM to outsource its manufacturing to meet the growing demand for its shoes.


*And then the proverbial second shoe drops..... Xu si is working on two plans.

1. Purchasing Tengyue's industrial site to sell to Yuanfeng logistics ( which Jiang Hu is aware of)

2. Mr.Mei of Jingyang capital is working with Xu Si of Baoxing Investment to get medium or small sized shoes industries to merge with Aneda. Aneda would absorb all small and medium scale industries to become a giant in shoe industry, now that Tengyue is back on it's feet with boost in the sales, Aneda will consider it a profitable venture to absorb Tengyue... This was the original plan ( but at that time Xu Si had not become emotionally involved with Jiang Hu, technically Baoxing investment holds 51% shares of Tengyue so Baoxing investment can decide to merge Tengyue with Aneda, monetarily it would be profitable for both Baoxing and Jiang Hu because Aneda would pay a high price for absorbing a now profitable company Tengyue than before.... But Jiang Hu did not revive Tengyue with the intention of selling it, because after absorption with Aneda, Tengyue will lose its individual identity and become Aneda shoes)

*lose- lose situation for Jiang Hu, first she lost the industrial site of Tengyue to Baoxing investment now she may lose Tengyue company and it's trademark to save which she has been struggling day and night.


* Xu si will be first reviled and hated by Jiang Hu for this but later he will help Jiang Hu save Tengyue.


Let's give zhaoyang a chance to realize her true feelings for Yang Jian and Xu Si to think on a more emotional level in business and help save Tengyue for right reasons.. Don't stab these two characters to death with the Pitchforks yet 👀 👀

After a fairytale like success story what remains is the crash and burn of hopes and dreams. Everything was fairytale like in episode 29 and then came episode 30. Sharks are circling the water Episode 30 brings many twists but before everyone takes out their 'Pitchforks' to stab the two traitors 'zhaoyang' and ' xu si' a little patience would help because we are still left with 10 more episodes to go... Viewers should NOT be hasty in judging anyone at this moment. Episode 30 biggest question, whom should a person marry? The person whom we love Or the person who loves us? A relationship is never equal there is always someone who loves the other more... Boss is sick 😭Nothing should happen to him, what affected me the most was seeing BOSS lying down listless, BOSS is the most integral part of Tengyue.( metaphorically to some degree BOSS is Tengyue)

I felt when the girls were on the steps of Tengyue factory and Jian Hu told zhaoyang that she refused Mr. Fang's business, both girls should have hugged, it was such a bonding scene between them.

Zhaoyang did buy Gao Yi some pastry but she had gone there to purchase the shortcake Yang Jian loved.. Zhaoyang sure does have feelings for Gao Yi yet and deliberately she is putting a wall between herself and Yang Jian... Something has to shift to make her realise, Yang Jian is the real deal... I feel zhaoyang is a very reserved and closed off person, she is not very good at personal relations and open communication unrelated to business. Let's see how that goes.

Xu Si being the perfect boyfriend as of now, very supportive, showing just the right amount of jealousy.
