It sure is a girl... I haven't read the book so totally based on my speculation, I think it's the lady whom he loves, she is taking radiation treatment as per the ward in the hospital so she seems cancer patient... Another layer of mystery to Gao yi.

* zhaoyang goes to the hospital to inform Jiang Hu about Mr. Fang but Jiang Hu is still in pain and mother hen Xu Si is restricting business talks so zhaoyang decides to inform Jiang Hu later about Mr. Fang's outrageous behaviour.
* However Zhaoyang reluctantly accepts that Jiang Hu has changed, in their earlier race around the factory Jiang Hu deliberately slowed down to give a chance to Zhaoyang to catch up to let the race end in a draw. In high school Jiang Hu would never throw a race for anyone.
* Zhang Wenshan is trying to poach employees from Jiang Hu(He is waving his sword in the air, Jiang Hu would never compete with a brand 'Free Unicorn' started by her father, her competition is with Aneda)
* Goa Yi offers zhaoyang a space to exhibit Tengyue shoes in new Chinese fashion festival (November 16). It would be first large-scale joint event of nationwide branches before the opening of Lidu Chinese fashion and culture festival... Lidu and Shangchun Art project's cross-industry joint shop would be an innovation when (clothing and makeup) these two brands join hands, there will be great amount of publicity and promotion and if Tengyue is given a space, it will boost Tengyue popularity and placement in market... (Great offer, only problem Gao Yi is offering it)
*Xu Si sees Gao Yi coming out of the hospital wearing same style of clothing, Jiang Hu had gifted him... He becomes insecure and jealous.
* Jiang Hu meets with Mr. Fang and makes a good deal with him to rent four of his shops for Tengyue(notice how respectful Mr.Fang is towards Jiang Hu while he was a total creep towards zhaoyang, these offenders often take advantage of the weak and vulnerable, they should be punished) .. Jiang Hu doesn't want to accept Gao Yi's offer for obvious reasons, even though her father could have turned around the bad business deal that Gao Yi was instrumental in, if not for his bad health... The fact remains Gao Yi was responsible for introducing the untrustworthy person to Jiang Hu's father.
* Jiang Hu is happy to make the deal with Mr. Fang but zhaoyang is waiting for her in the factory.... Both girls for obvious reasons don't want to work with the person the other girl is trying to form an alliance.. Jiang Hu informs Zhaoyang that she can't work with Gao Yi for personal reasons and zhaoyang informs Jiang Hu that she cannot continue to work for Tengyue if Jiang Hu does business with Mr. Fang because he physically molested her.
* Both Gao Yi and Mr. Fang are problematic in their own way... But if these are the only two choices, Gao Yi would be the lesser devil in my opinion... The best option would be if Jiang Hu finds a third solution...

* Xu Si is such a great babysitter, he was totally in his element, he must have babysat that boy often... Even that boy couldn't help commenting that Xu Si has a LIVE plant in his house... Shock shock.
* Xu Si takes the boy for homemade food at the Tengyue factory.. Chef Lin is quite popular.. Even that boy becomes friends with BOSS, But Xu Si is still scared.... ( I think that the serial will only end when Xu Si befriends BOSS 😆😆😆)
* The boy is quite smart he plays along to help Xu Si flirt and show off how good a boyfriend he can be... Xu Si also swipes one CD from Jiang Hu's place promising to be a gentleman until she is ready to announce their relationship.
* Zhaoyang has hit a creative road block... After Aneda did not release her award winning design, she is lost and tensed... Lord knows artists cannot create anything substantial under constant pressure... Jiang Hu invites Zhaoyang for a run to relieve her stress... It was a fun race also giving us a small glimpse into their high school life, Zhaoyang lost the high school race because of her uncomfortable shoes, Jiang Hu back then went to help Zhaoyang after winnit the race... In the current race around the Tengyue building between both the girls, both are keeping pace, even though Jiang Hu always seems to be few steps ahead of Zhaoyang.... Did Jiang Hu deliberately slow down at the end to allow Zhaoyang to catch up to her???? The race ends up in a draw, both girls win... Jiang Hu shares her marketing strategy with Zhaoyang, Tengyue will produce two products, one the high value shoes that zhaoyang had designed priced at 599 yuan and another under 200 yuan... They will let the market demand decide which to mass produce later.
* Jiang Hu requires special material to produce the high value shoes, which Ye Guo Ming has but he is a cranky person who is not ready to cooperate with Jiang Hu because of old business rivalry between her father and him..( I think Ye Guoming will come around and help Jiang Hu, she will win him over with her perseverance, Ye Guoming surely has a soft corner for Jiang Hu, he threw bucketful of water on Xu Si when he went to Guoming... Whereas Guoming only made Jiang Hu sit for three hours, refused to help her but offered her food in his canteen)
* Yang Jian keeps making fresh food for Zhaoyang, he silently leaves her homemade food in a tiffin, upon his next round when he witnesses she has not eaten he is worried about her.. He prepares a big surprise in her room, he hangs her old drawings for inspiration and morale boosting.
* Zhaoyang can't find a suitable design for the lower. Price shoes, she walks around aimlessly and stops at the mall where she had previous painted a wall mural for Lidu garments brand... Gao Yi meets her by accident and drops her home, giving her some pep talk.
*Yang Jian is not too happy to see Zhaoyang in Gao Yi's company and under the guise of dirty hands doesn't shake Goa Yi's hand when zhaoyang introduces them ( Goa Yi feels he has met Yang Jian before... Interesting, probably in high school)
*After Gao Yi leaves, Yang Jian takes zhaoyang to her room and shows her his surprise... She is so overwhelmed and touched by this.... Somewhere along, she gets the inspiration from her biological father's? Words and she ends up creating a design for Tengyue for their lower price product.
* Free unicorn takes their last batch of OEM order from Tengyue, the employee taunts Jiang Hu and Mr.Pei by telling him, how empty the warehouse of Tengyue is now... In a very mature manner Mr. Pei throws a big stone at the retreating truck of free unicorn 😁😁
* zhaoyang hands over her new design to beaming Mr. Pei and Jiang Hu doesn't want to see the design immediately because she trusts zhaoyang, both the girls have stacked their decks in this venture, they will sink or swim together.
* zhaoyang continues with her Livestream, tantalising viewers and teasing the new design, she is building anticipation before Jiang Hu unveils their new design in a live stream... Almost 100,000 to 150,000 people join her Livestream, even if half of them turn into customers the first order will be quite significant.
* After designing, comes the next problem, distribution channel... Where will they place the shoes? Yang Jian's website is too small to be able to handle all orders, they require offline distributors who will help stock and display the new line of Tengyue shoes.
* The new design that is not yet unveiled is creating such a buzz... With the price point of 189 yuan it will be in direct competition with Free unicorn's leisure shoes, Zhang Wenshan is threatened by this and plays another dirty game, creating another roadblock and discouraging distributors to meet Mr.Pei.( Mrs. Song, old Du's ex-wife may help them with distribution issue)
Zhaoyang is experiencing a creative block... Sometimes when everyone has quite high expectations from you, creativity becomes elusive due to high pressure.... Everyone should have a person like Mr.Pei in their life, the way he keeps on nagging would make even a mule run like a racehorse😝, I am loving his character more and more.
