But if you are asking why Yang Jian went to Jiang Hu's father's factory to collect money, it was because they had supplied raw material to that company and because they were small business they wanted that money back, they had not signed any legal IOU's so they had to approach Jiang Hu directly to get the money on goods sold on credit by them to her father's company.
Along with the restaurant, Yang Jian also has a e-commerce business, he has a website where he acts like a middle man (like amazon) to sell goods... He runs thus business with the group of his friends.

However after he purchased he cleared Jiang Hu's wrong presumption and informed her that he had purchased the company for his own profit, he just meant he will help Jiang Hu by not letting the company of her father fall in hands of an outsider...
