So first Yuanfeng Logistics would have to approach all these owners and purchase their property from ALL of them then only they can use that piece of land for their own purpose, mostly it is for redevelopment meaning demolish all old buildings and build something new and big in that space.
Original owners will demand a high price if they know a big company is interested in acquisition (purchase of their property), So Investment companies like Baoxing investment where XuSi is employed, they will approach all these old owners under different companies name under their banner and purchase those individual property at a cheap price... After they have purchased all the properties on that land, Boaxing Investment will contact Yuanfeng logistics and resell these properties at a high price... So the difference in price at which they purchased from individual owners and sell to Yuanfeng logistics will be XuSi's company's profit.
Xu Si had managed to purchase all other properties in that area from other owners only Jiang Hu's father had refused to sell his property.. So if Xu Si doesn't get Teng Yue's land, the big company(Yuanfeng) won't purchase from Baoxing(because Yuanfeng Logistics wants all the land for their redevelopment plan) .
Xu Si was therefore trying all underhanded methods to get his hands on Teng yue 's land. Which he did manage to get at the auction, so now the industrial site of Tengyue belongs to him. But the brand name and copyright right of the shoe was purchased by Jiang Hu.
A 'Holdout' in a land acquisition is a person who refuses to sell their property or delay the demolishment procedure by refusing to the vacant the property due to legal technicality......In episode 6, while Jiang Hu was discussing with Yang Jian, she got an idea of being a 'holdout'. We will get to know in episode 7 how Jiang Hu proposes to continue staying in her factory for more time by negotiating a deal with Xu Si.

In my opinion this story is about businesses trying to survive in the current cut throat environment so the focal point would be business dealings at the START of the series... Just now it is about Jiang Hu trying to figure out how she can save the brand that her father loved so much... LATER when she puts all her team together and formulates a plan for revival of Tengyue brand, it will be about how all of them including Xu Si, Zhao Yang, Yang Jian and others work together to make this plan a sucess, so the love stories will be more focal point in the latter half of the series and I am sure both love stories will be great and enjoyable....So viewers looking for more romance should hang in there for some more time.
