If Gao yi is as capable and smart as they are portraying him, he shouldn't have ruined a business man just based on few mumbling words of his sick father. So many pieces in this puzzle🧩🧩🧩🧩
* Jiang Hu compromises with Zhang Wen Shan who is the current owner of free unicorn, she agrees to make OEM shoes for free unicorn at a very low price just to meet her sales target.

Some how Aneda company is also involved in this consolidation scheme.....Xu Si seems very intersted in that company he wants to merge it or take it over?

My opinion ( I know You raised points specifically about Xu Si, but I am giving general opinion about the situations you mentioned)
* The bitter truth is that women always have to struggle more than men in business world because a woman is not taken seriously till she proves her self and becomes powerful... Female bosses face more insubordination problems than a male boss.
* Even I was wondering about Xu Si's promise to Zhaoyang... He promised her safe working environment and safe doesn't just mean free from sexual harrasment... Zhaoyang was bullied and the other person was not dealt with strictly, he was given just a slap on the wrist...... This seems very unfair, but this is reality. That is why Xu Si told zhaoyang to first be IN the position that no one dare take her advantage. she has to become most valuable asset to the company...........Ms.Song of TT media should have been more proactive in dealing this issue, she failed, at least some of the other influencer's privileges should have been curtailed even if he was too valuable to fire.
* just now all cards are in Xu Si's hands and there seems power imbalance between Xu Si and Jiang Hu....but there is growth in her behaviour she is learning to play the game with the cards that are being dealt to her because always we cannot get a winning hand in life.........In the beginning when Xu Si talked ill about her father, she splashed water on his face and walked out... Now under the same circumstances, she drank the water(symbolically drinking her pain and insult) ... She is learning to make hard choices, because for now survival is more import than winning.... I don't think both the girls are being damsels in distress waiting for men in shining armour to rescue them. I think this story is about both Jiang Hu and Zhaoyang surviving and thriving in a male dominated business environment... This story is about both of these girls' rise to power..... They have to work in unfavorable circumstances then only it can be considered going against the wind. ( which I think is the original title of the story)
PS: I hope that at some point Xu Si also uses more emotions in business (He will also learn the value of emotions in this journey and change his attitude somewhat)

Zhaoyang has a non compete agreement but Yang jian was discussing with someone on the phone that how could zhaoyang be free from that agreement... The obvious answer is by giving Aneda compensation to break the agreement or use the fact that Aneda terminated her employment. There are ways to break non compete agreement.. .. Both parties have to come to mutual agreement.
About Xu Si helping Tengyue to compete against Aneda is more a haunch at this stage.. Many things point out to it... Xu Si is trying to merge or takeover Aneda, he also had dinner with Zhaoyang's boss and other associate in the club... Zhaoyang being ex-employee of Aneda...Aneda being top designer of shoe brand currently.....So something fishy is being cooked by Xu Si.. I don't know what exactly.
