i guess not all women are the same. I would have reacted just like her. in complete shock. my mind would have…
I totally get where you're coming from but wouldn't you at least flinch and step back if a sexually perverted sadist gets THAT close to your face AGAIN to undo your hair? She seemed way too relaxed for my understanding of her character.
This is what happens in real life. Most perverts intuitively approach the women who initially seem unlikely to…
I totally understand your point and I understand that she fell for his tactics the first time but a SECOND time? I think she should've at least put a distance between them when he suddenly approched her in front of everyone. Going through an uncomfortable situation once makes one wary of it happening again, especially that now it seems weird between them after he kicked everyone out to speak privately with her. She should've kept it a bit more professional and politely pushed his hand away considering their surroundings.
this this this - PLUS I couldn't stand that her friends didn't pick up the cues that she wasn't interested and…
Exactly! She clearly looked uncomfortable and spaced out. I understand that they were trying to help out their friend but that creep is obviously a walking red flag. AND he's not even THAT handsome to begin with.
But why didn't Hyo Min push that pervert's hand away when he tried to touch her hair, mind you not once but twice, and set some boundaries? Such emotionally abusive men have weird confidence and self-entitlement, which makes one want to smack that smirk off their faces. You can't just let them get their way, it feeds their ego. Why was she so unresponsive? I expected more of her based on the way she eneded things with her ex-boyfriend. I knew she was internally panicking about what she's done wrong but still! Girl, STAND UP!
That's fine wm tbh even seeing that preview is more than enough. A win is a win. Let's not be greedy lmao
Same. I'm all about the chemistry, tension, teasing, and the little touches here and there. Actually, excessive and explicit NC scenes gave me the ick in so many Thai dramas and that made me not want to watch them anymore.
Someone needs to take away my phone because for the last two hours all that I've been watching is different edits of Wen Lang and Gao Tu bed scene from episode 9's preview and I'm going absolutely FERAL I CAN'T WAIT TILL SATURDAY NO a little part of me legit regrets watching this drama mid-airing I KNEW I should've waited till it's completed but October seemd so far away HELPβ
Y'all are not ready for the obsessed insane person that I'll become once Gao Tu and Wen Lang get together because I can't put into words how much I was crazily missing them in this week's episode.
Maybe it's me and my second lead couple syndrome but I'm most definitely not here for the main couple. Listen, I don't hate them but manipulation and scheming in the name of "love" isn't really my thing. I watch/read it but I don't particularly enjoy it, if you know what I mean.
However, risking your life just so you could stay close to your highschool love even though he's disgusted with your scent is MOST CERTAINLY MY THING and I'm so here for it.
Wen Lang better know the truth and confess his undying love for Gao Tu next episode or I'm suing someone.
I needed some interactions between Seong Jun and Tae Pung as ex-teammates. The tension was definitely there but they didn't say anything. Do they hate each other? Do they miss playing together? Were they friends? Are they still friends? Does Tae Pung feel ashamed? Does Seong Jun blame him for almost being the cause of Rugby team disbandment? I love to see some friends-to-enemies dynamics here and there.
Episode 50 was peak by far. I enjoyed their fight way more than I should. Lol Love how everyone's motives have become so transparent now and revenge has officially started.
Yeom Jung Ah getting abandoned by her mother in each and every universe is so traumatizing. I've just completed The Defects and came here for healing and a breath of fresh air. Joke's on me, she has mommy issues here as well. π
The characters, cast, and acting are ALL incredibly good. The story is so enjoyable, adventurous, entwined, and messy in the most entertaining way. Perfect execution. Painfully underrated and highly recommended. Definitely one of my 2025 faves.
