that is place is real?? like sometimes for a series or film, they build that place
It's real. It's called Asiatique. Kocher is also real but it's actual name is Brighton College Bangkok. It's super expensive to build so most productions just use existing places.
I also felt that this version is too rushed. Well, considering the number of episodes...Do you think there are…
Not rushed exactly. Tbh I like that this version cuts out a lot of the unnecessary arcs of the manga. I do think 9 eps is too short and probably wouldn't like this version as much if there wasn't a season 2 and movie. I think the one problem with this drama is that there are too many characters and too little character development.
I agree with you, this is the first time I have seen him in drama, and I have always given the importance of the…
Agree. I liked the airport scene. You can all of the emotions in his eyes. As viewers we were supposed to be confused since that was also what Thyme was experiencing.
So far l really like this series, but yeah i do think this one have some holes :1. i think the way F4 bullied…
1. How bad the bullying is subjective, I guess. I still think that this is the worst bullying from all the other adaptations and is even harsher than the manga. 3. It didn’t really show Gorya being close to the F4 yet. All it showed was that Gorya saw a new side of them. That they’re more than just bullies.
I'm tired of fan wars over Bright's acting so let's shoutout the women who are all killing it:Tu is incredible.…
Yesss! The women are absolutely killing it. I’ve had a crush on Fah for a while now and she’s perfect to play Mira. S the casting in this series was so good.
It was so damn sweet to watch, and I was so happy they did it with the Japanese version especially I am sure I…
Would also like to add that Akira (明) in Japanese means Bright. So it's like a double reference XD. Manga version of Hana name is Sakurako, which contains a character for cherry blossoms and of course Hana means flower in Japanese. It appreciate that they really thought about the names. Like Gorya means "clump of grass" and Glakao means rice seedlings. I'm going to look more into the Thai names to find more meanings :)
Omg all the references in this episode. First, the lakorn scene was too funny. And then they gave Thyme a cat and named it Dango. I forgive the blatant advertising lollll. Towards the end, the mean girl trio were playing with plushies of the F4. GMMTV even advertising their own stuff!
I hope Ren isn't gone for long. I never read the manga so I am not sure how close this adaptation tracks to it.…
Just guessing from how much of the manga it's covering and the pacing being similar to the J-drama. I think he'll probably come back at the end of the next episode.
Ok so spoiler.... According to previous version and source material... And since this version closely follow the…
I think you're probably right. Thyme-Gorya, of course. Ren-Mira have never ended up together, except in the anime. I'm 50/50 right now on whether Kavin-Kaning will be together or not. I think we have to see more of the show, but I hope they follow the manga with this tbh. And yes, MJ has his friends :)
Adding on to Chibi's description. There's also the subplot with Gorya's friend Kaning and F4 member Kavin. She'll…
Korean and Chinese versions are the only ones where they end up together. In the manga, they never really have a "relationship". Yuki (Kaning) pursues Sojiro (Kavin), but he never feels the same way. She helps him find closure with his first love, so he sleeps with her once to sort of say thanks. They have a deeper connection that's not romantic, which I don't think can be replicated in a drama. Taiwanese ver came closest, while Japanese ver kind of butchered it.
There’s this person saying I’m ungrateful and don’t appreciate what the people who are airing the episodes…
Agree with Rodrygo. You should be able to express your feelings and opinions without someone being rude and assuming mean things about you. Hope that person learns to be nicer!
I never watch the older adaptations so I still didn't know the plot very well so,can someone tell me will anything…
Adding on to Chibi's description. There's also the subplot with Gorya's friend Kaning and F4 member Kavin. She'll help him get closure with his first love, Mona. It's up in the air whether Kaning and Kavin will end up together, but if they're following the manga, they won't
