It was a fair breakup. He didn’t cheat or do anything wrong, but it wasn't entirely his fault either. Being the only one taking care of someone with an illness, drains you, physically and emotionally. He was exhausted, and his reaction was understandable. But so was Seok Ryu’s. She knew it was an endless battle, and with her of personality, its understandable she didn’t want to keep dragging him down with her. Maybe letting him go was her way of saving him from more pain.
