Wow, that constand bgm is beyond annoying, and absolutely unnecessary. And they really shouldn't have smoothed their faces to look like porcelain masks, it interferers. ML however is superb! But I don't know how long I can tolerate that stupid background noise :(

Which ep she is going to stop trying to puncture his throat? I am on ep 4, and though a tad too violent, drama is a fun watch so far but her attacks and overall hostility is getting a bit redundant.

Based on reviews I was hoping for an easy enjoyable watch, but so far it is just farcical . The scene with 3 way pointing guns was straight out of a comics. FML is great, but other females made to act fake and coy, in the worst possible way. That in addition to fake laughter, bad acting, cheap production, utterly ridiculous staging , and all the marshals looking like high schoolers playing dress up . Bad doesn't even describe it.

The problem is the fucking Korean public, who eats this shit up, and asks for more, so an army of internet creeps manufacture scanadals for their consumption.

I am confused... How can a neighbor waltz into a session, and just peek at material and then ask questions? How can they discuss someone's mental illness in front of an unrelated girl? How come news of someone mental illness become public knowledge? Don't Koreans have any confidentiality laws for psychiatrists? Aren't there any patient privacy laws, or ANY boundaries whatsoever?

I have never even seen him before, but you have already made a ton of assumption about me - which only goes to show how ready you are to jump to conclusions and think yourself a judge of others. A shadow?! Bystander? A shadow of suspicion of being associated with the crime is enough to condemn and remove? I don't care about the show , I care about the fact that so called concerned netizents here want to tear people down based on a slimest of accusations without any actual proof or the wrong doing, destroying their lives, and sometimes even driving them to death, while claiming to fight for justice. Have you ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? We don't know who did what, and if your really want justice instead of feasting on gossip, go sign petitions demanding proper investigation, involve world media, campaign for changes to the industry laws and so on. But that would require real effort and real integrity.

I personally think that paparazzi can act like scavengers because public eats up what they serve, and asks for more. If the public refused to consume this garbage they would be out of work. I agree with you that China and many other culture have stigmatized children for their birth. It just that I find it so utterly despicable it turns my stomach. Fortunately in the last 10-20 years they have been laws passed in many countries against intrusion and disclosure of sensitive information about minors - like the paternity test. I don't know what the exact law is in China, but it is a crime in many countries.

Lady Fi was an adult and a world celebrity. This is a hurt CHILD . These were journalists in a pack like hyenas. Lady Di and this scene are apple to oranges. The whole notion of a child being a stain is disgusting .

I have been watching as it is airing on Viki, and got to ep 29. Frankly I am disgusted with a scene when a pack of 'journalist' hound ML about paternity, while he is holding the child he just rescued. This is so despicable and disgusting I had to stop watching. I get it they wanted to show how noble she is, but the whole premise, the whole story line with the child out of wedlock as a 'moral failing' 'family scandal' hurting business reputation is revolting to me. Had the family abandoned the kid it would have been a different story, but this is just beyond any comprehension.

What you say proves nothing about anyone direct involvement other than these actors were likely present at the 'party'. Voice analysis in the times of AI means nothing. My point is people jump on every shred of information, and build their own narrative out of it ,and claim their narrative is fact. It is not. All we know at this point is that there is a very high probability that there was a conspiracy, orchestrated likely from very high up, that resulted in a gruesome murder. There are suggestions circulating that YuMing was invited to a party, and there drugged by his manager. That the whole thing was orchestrated by some illegitimate son of some CCP top cat, that YuMing name was used for shell companies that deal in arms and all sort, that he had had a flash drive with data on money laundering by CCP families, and that he swallowed it - people saw a bit of white what looked like a bandage, and assumed the rest. The truth is we don't know what exactly had happened. I have dealt with authoritarian regimes, and I personally know how they can orchestrate all sort of things, so it is plausible to me that there was a conspiracy - but I , and everybody else don't have any proof.
