To Lily Alice, the author of this article: This is the most biased article I have ever seen, one which tries to…
This article seems to be is a deliberate provocation by Lily Alice to create extreme conflict between fans of asian drama, using the most contentious current real life issue.

Regardless of where any one stands on this issue, or what her personal beliefs are, this actions is a violation of boundaries and purpose of this board, and should not be condoned nor allowed.

That is the difference between California and the US in general and China. In the US (with all its problems) you have a chance to win in court and live your life on your own terms. "Deals signed on mutual agreement." is a meaningless statement. ALL contracts by their nature are mutual agreement, In CA all contracts have a dissolution clause and must comply with local laws, and cannot be used to justify unfair practice let alone abuse. In fact if the intend of a contract is discovered to hide any practice that contradicts law it makes the contract null and void, and violators subject to pay damages. KG is likely to win. But if Chinese contract and labor law by omission or directly allows this sort of abuse it is really fucked up.

@SunOh. "As far as I know, South Korea is against Israel's government" - you know wrong. SK is more or less neutral…
If you don't know you may consider finding out first, or holding off sharing uninformed opinions based on hearsay and lies. SK government crisis has zero to do with Israel. Not the whole world is obsessed with this conflict to the exclusion of their own local problems. SK has never been anti Israel.

There are Muslims in all of those Countries lol. Do you people not learn that a *religion* is not an ethnicity…
Religion is not an ethnicity, lol. However for decades now progressives have been branding any anti-islamist as RACIST. So this has become a widespread usage. Religion however is often closely mixed together with ideology. And islamist ideology is extreme and pathologically violent and intolerant.

i hope it pains you knowing 99% of koreans are pro-palestine, and have been long before 2023 =) I have yet to…
I think it tries to keep it more or less neutral. It had relationship with Israel since 1948, and has full diplomatic relationship since 1962. It also established relationship with "Palestine" in 2005. On personal level, there is a small Korean quarter in Jerusalem. Also apparently Koreans in Korea deeply admire Jewish Talmud. It is one of the most widely published books there.

As an aside, I put Palestine in "" because the name Palestine (or Syria Palestina) was an insult name forced on Judea by Romans. After the Jews rebelled against them in 70 CE, Romans sacked Jerusalem, and took half of the population out of the country as slaves. You can still see pictures of them bragging about it on Titus Triumphal Arch in Rome, or read Flavius Josephus.

Are you sure the forum for asian drama is a proper place to discuss "Palestine"?
