I think DFS is just pretending and spying on the villian, trying to know what they are up to, while trying to…
Yeah and also I believe they have a common enemy now - Nanyi clan because there is a bigger conspiracy and mastermind behind all this; and there were simply pawns in the game.
In the preview of episode 32, who is that guy fighting LLH? With unkempt hair? I thought it was DFS at first but when I paused it, it didn't look like him and he's using a sword different to his usual weapon?
yes! after watching the latest ep., I am thinking his senior could be the big boss behind all this.
Sammmee. I suspected SGD at one point and then when the masked guy first appealed and attacked DFS, I thought yup, the chin and lips look familiar... but then I rewatched that part and thought... could it also be the kid DFS's Leader (tribe master?), you know that guy that's in the flashback making DFS kill others in order to survive when they were younger. But now, with that iron armour thing and with LLH suspecting them... I've gone back to SGD as the big boss...lol.
Anyone noticed that Shishou Village intro scene, this is the exact same set as the one in Heroes (also with Joseph).…
Yep. This particular village/ set has been used in a lot of dramas and easy to recognise coz of the narrow streets with lots of stairs. And it seems like Liu Yu Ning's current drama with Dilraba, the setting backdrop (if this makes sense) where they go for drinks was also used in Heroes.
I put this on hold after episode 23 and came back every so often (until the last the last few days, as I might…
The storyline after the school arc felt super draggy and waiting for the two sisters to split took like forever! And then when the split eventually happened, I saw comments saying that the development of the relationship between fl and CWD were more or less same, she was still not over the SML, CWD's action disappointed some viewers and with limited episodes left (save for it being rushed) the development most ppl anticipated for was far from sight, or maybe none at all.
Sooo.... I have refrained from reading commets in the last few days in case of more spoilers and now that it's ended, can someone let me know whether you would recommend to get back on the ride? Or would the ending really disappoint? No further spoilers please.
I put this on hold after episode 23 and came back every so often (until the last the last few days, as I might want to pick it up and didn't want to spoil myself completely!) just to see some comments with limited spoilers, and it made me really want to drop it completely.
Not bad not bad. Zhang Ya Qin looks really pretty here.Having watched two episodes I predict that this is how…
Ml and fl will fall in love and they will have a kid (the one she claims is her 'adopted son') and because of the emperor's circumstances, Li Yong will get FL to become the Queen so that the emporer's situation will remain a secret while LY continues to manage the emperors duties and as a result, she cant be with the ml. Plus, ml revealed in the first episode that the emperor was biased towards her and got rid of like the courts for other consorts (Im guessing not having any at all) which kinda backs up my guess but we shall see.
I haven't watched the latest episodes yet but seems like the marriage thing took longer than necessary. Eagerly waiting for the sisters to hurry up and split. The split better not take place from like ep 30 onwards otherwise I feel like it'll get draggy and filler-like...
I'm kind of hoping the two of them are separated soon. Yes, they have some very sweet scenes together but BFY…
I also want them to be separated quickly. But even if they get separated, now that's she's married to WJG she'll probably start relying on him. He will be the next person stepping in MX's place to save her and she'll only fall harder for him each time, I'm guessing...
You know how MX knows which side team WJG and team CWD are both on - they're ultimately on the same team...
Would it not be worthwhile for her to explain (she's had plenty of opportunity) to basically explain to WJG that CWD is actually not a traitor, the bad guys are the Wu Family and the Duke (Hou Ye). Would that not save a lot of unecessary conflict? Like, I don't know why she won't mention it to WJG, even in passing where they've had conversations about it. Does she simply just not want to meddle? Or she has doubts on CWD's loyalty to the current King?
Did you not listen to any of the conversations in all of the previous episodes? All of the things MX did was to…
They probably didn't know about that period where MX saved him etc. Prolly to them he was just always at war, because shortly after MX helped him escape, in a month's time he and his army fought back and took back the city.
Hates it when we were left hanging…wish we have more ep.hahah. MX is so confident that CWD will listen to her.…
I totally agree. Even if there is no love in the marriage, he will treat FY with respect and as his wife so I think he will show up, if, FY is used as bait that is.
I also suspect as things develop WJG will become a little jaded with MX, in that, he will cross the line in caring for her (not that he will cheat as such) and get jealous seeing CWD and MX together and eventually get reminded by CWD and MX that FY is his lawful wife and MX is just his sister/ cousin in law. I reckon MX will remind him with harsh words.

Yess... this is another thing I wanted to know. I thought he didn't know MX and WJG had a past... but from the latest episode where his soldier (Xiao Wu) updated him that FYmarried WJG, he was like, that's good at least that'll cut all hope. So he knew?!

Having watched two episodes I predict that this is how the story will unravel...
Yeah, the dubber makes him sound sooo much older. I get that he's an older, experienced General but wish they got rid of the stubbles too.
