I like the backstory, but I also think he let the trauma be his personality...and they seem to go around in circles The third part is really messy wdym the gut think he can fight in the main character's place and with no preparation? he knows about that since day 1, but he has never done anything to prepare for this final showdown? Oh, he can cause he is the main character lol the director just turned KDJ into YJH
If you wanna impress ppl who are into fantasy, then this is not it. I don't believe the reader hates ruining the movie. There are a lot of movies out there that do well even when novel readers hate them. This movie is just too predictable. kinda like the cast, what a waste.

Just finished my 3rd rewatch and it get better everytime, it's toxic good. The acting....holyshit the acting is GOOD. I still got goosebumps after many rewatch. The characters arcs are beautiful to watch. I hate Ming. I love Ming, he's basically a bratty brother that my parents spoil rotten but deep down he's not a bad person and his bratty personality is kinda cute sometime. No wonder Joe down bad for him. Joe like cute younger boy haha that's why he got a crush on Sol I love Jeo to the moon and back. The orphan kid who keep his head down and got taken advantage of most of his life but still manage to see the good in everything. Learn to stand up for himself. Take control of his life and his man.
minus the SML part lol. I did watch interview where he said he only got his call back ,like, days before shooting. So it seems like they really can't find the right people for the role. But they still put the poor boy thru hell😂 his song is soooooo treacherous to listen. It's not just his voice its the song they wrote for himðŸ«

This series really gives u an overview of real-life uni students in Thailand. very calm. slice of life type. which can feel boring at first. So many things are going on without a clear goal in sight. It takes me months just to get past Ep5.

Both of them will heal e/o childhood trauma. He will learn to let her and other in and she will learn to live for herself.
Rare case where noble idiocy breakup would be way better. If they really wanted one, it would make more sense…

But she thought if his father is really to blame for her father's friend dead then she believed their relationship could never work out because she has to chose her family like how she did her entire life. So she need to break it off asap. Being mean to him is just to break his spirit. Make him give up. She was wrong but at the time it's hard for her to think straight. But he also KNOWS she is the one who told the worker to be nice to him. And that's why he didn't give up on them.
Why she did it is because since she was an elementary school kids. Her family use her as emotional support rather than going to the therapist.
It might not look like it but she also didn't have it easy growing up. Her family keep go into depression after the incident. He barely talk to people anymore(even old neighbors). Her mom useless. She need to be the family sunshine. Because other than being depressed AF most of the time they love her. She feels like she owe them that just like many Asian child who struggle to take care of their toxic but loving parents.
She entire childhood she baby them And this is her flaws, her character arc. To be brave enough live for her self.

I feel like in a thriller, you need to write the ending first before anything else. Because all that suspension needs to be paid off most satisfyingly for a thriller to work. This one clearly doesn't. While the first and second acts are roughly 7.5-8. The third act throws a lot of good work out of the window. Such a shame. I was hoping they might get the story right this time. not just depending on the leads' chem. Pavel's acting got way better in this series. Pooh also improved significantly. I just feel like he wasn't there yet in some scenes. The scene with his ghost mother is really good tho.
