Like, that's how characters can grow and stuff.

so I feel like he should go for more emotionally mature roles in the future.

on CXX being so hot in this drama. IKR. I think it's the character's personality that help him shine thru.

I also think it might be Hye juu. Her last scene in ep9. she crumble the photo after he left. Like it anger her that he didn't come back. She is also one of the people WS would let get close enough to kill him without defending himself.

Kwak Byeong Gyun is such a manchild.
I feel like at this point there is no redemption arc. Because if there is, then he should have started really investigating to find the real killer by now.
He's just so obsessed with pinning it all on Laik; it's pathetic.
I really hope he and his father rot in prison after this.

I hope Chen Xing Xu takes this type of role more.

He played this type of role many times, and I would say he got typecast,
but this time his isn't just your typical CEO/prince, who is usually cold and arrogant but very childish at heart or a playboyish looking guy but A MATURE man.

Look,they told you since Ep 1 what kind of person she is.
She got this boyfriend who keep "disappear" thru out their relationship. And she then act like she doesn't care but got deep root fear he never love her
Then chasing after him when she think he would really leave. If he come back that day I know she would take him back.
She only stop when she was sure he really not coming back.

But our ML didn't rejected her completely like her ex.

While ML outwardly rejected her but been giving her HOPE thru out the whole series. He also got issues.
He fear of falling in love and can't let go of the feeling even when everyone fall out of love.
Just like his first love. His parents.

He described being in love for him feel like being in a horror movie.

Now he like her already and can't help being kind to her but he dead set to never get with her because he doesn't want to be in another horror movie.
