I know that’s what i’m saying, gmmtv non bls shows are always better but less popular, so they use bl/gl to get the money with cheap production. I mean f4 was there most high budget show and now upcoming show scarlet heart thai remake will be their next big budget.

Yes there are but half of the trailers of these new shows are still focusing on same bl romantic tropes. But here the couple is straight and feels natural. Without slow motion scenes or comedic flirting and long pauses to stare at each other. I mean look at the difference between pilot trailer of “dare you to death” and “enigma”

Please tell what is stopping gmmtv to give bl or gl this kind of plot, instead of romance at the center of everything. From what i’ve seen their non queer shows almost always have such good story and budget.

I don’t know but rumor has it that, this was edited by youkou so it can air again, but unfortunately it didn’t happened and, the same re edited version was sold to japan. I hope they didn’t cut so many scenes.

Oh my god they freaking deleted the pulse checking scene in japn ver, it was literally turning point of their relationship.

I just have to say, the actor playing Daon and his performance are amazing. The way his eyes and expressions shifted with each confession from the three Mls is phenomenal. Even though I've read the manhwa, I'm still so excited for the finale.

Daon doesn’t need someone to protect him but being kind to and cherish him, and that’s exactly what led to daon finally standing up for himself in the end of manhwa.

Jinx is like literally the most popular yaoi at the moment, or books like the haunting of adeline are best sellers both with extremely abusive and non con relationships, so yeah it’s not a surprise that many people are rooting for the red flag. Which personally for me is so hard to understand.

Agree, and I often see china playing around censorship by putting both bl and gl couple even in their straight dramas. And here i am watching korea doing it maybe for the fifth time which is taking a gay story and turning it hetro.

Because she’s is a side character in the manhwa and basically becomes irrelevant after few chapters.

Where is the quirky fun vibe, it so gloomy and straight couple ugh, it’s not give the manhwa feeling at all.

Watching this again, I have to say Sky is an amazing actor. He played two very different versions of the same character and was so impressive and his emotional range is so good. The last scene of episode 4 was such top notch acting. I can’t believe i never noticed him before despite having watched him in three different shows before. Ugh, i just everything about hsf and It’s amazing how this show, despite having a limited budget, turned out so great.
