I feel sorry for him because before the evil spirit entered his body, he was a decent guy. It is not because he was evil to begin with that he got possessed. It is just because he was bleeding and he was the perfect host.

Now what I am wondering is where is he gone? Because when the evil spirit possessed Yang Tae Choon's body, the two were talking together and looked accomplices. I think the evil spirit can make his host an accomplice if his host is a bad person to begin with. If he is not, then he would not talk to him and just occupy the body.

This is a theory. Let's see how things happens in the last two eps.

Korean historical dramas with spirits, demons, shamans.... I think Korean entertainment has to improve on this genre. A lot of them were disappointing for me, from Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo to Lovers of the Red Sky.

I pray this one will be good.

I am not a webtoon reader so I cannot debate with you on that. Regarding kdramas, maybe kdramafans have sterotypes and clichés where men should be gentlemen so when one is not, they would bash him on the spot. Women in another hand are not required to behave like ladies.

This is just a theory. Personally I did not notice the difference of treatment.

I watched a kdrama called "Dali and the Cocky Prince" where FL is very proper, well educated and ladylike and the ML is some rude, dumb and loud nouveau riche. The couple still worked very well.

Above the labels and how the male or female are described, it is rather the interactions and dynamic they have with the others which is important. Rude characters can do good like in Dali and Cocky prince and nice ones can do badly like in Start up where SML was a good boy but did plenty of wrong things.

I believe if it was the other way around and we had two sisters instead of two brothers and one guy who is rude, cold, toxic instead of her, I don't think people would call that guy toxic, redflag or whatnot.

It is the consistent and bright interactions between the characters which determine how we assess them. People are what they do. Judging on their actions towards one another, they were endearing despite being individually kind of broken, weird, not ok people.

You comparing the treatment between rude, cold or toxic ML and rude, cold or toxic FL it is your own crusade. I just wanted to underline that she was rude, cold or toxic but a very fine character relatively to the story and the other characters.

Last kdrama I watched with spirits, demons and witchcraft was Lover of the Red Sky and it was not so good. I hope this one will be better. I agree it is a genre that South Korea should develop. They can surely do well with this genre.

I rate the Matrix better than any chinese kung fu crap.

Wuxia or Xianxia everbody has the right to do the same just like Italy, France, Norway, Denmark, Philippines made Western movies some beter than US western movies. If you are not happy go sue the producers to court.

Ok she is kind of a nutcase but I like her. She is different from what we usually see and she does not need to look appealing, warm or decent to me. What matters is that the character is credible and evolves well in connection with the other characters so that the story can be fun and entertaining. I believe the drama worked well thanks to her personallity and how it interacted with ML's personality.

Even if Woori made the decision by herself, the break up is a blessing for both of them. They were in a wrong relationship and never in sync for anything. This is why she does not miss him and he is back to his job which has always been his priority.

MDL #1 kdrama top airing show. Hurrah!

I don't think he is dead. Just like the evil spirit was able to live together with Yang Tae Choon the former host in a same body and communicate with him. I think Hee Soo is still alive. His body is a vessel but is soul is still there...

I really liked mi young. The character and the actress. She looks like the actress Hong Soo Hyun who was in Police University.

Kang Jae and Woori failed to communicate and deal with the baby the proper way. The fault is mainly on Woori. She decided to keep the baby, to give this baby a chance to live. But she did not take the money. She was not doing it as a transaction. She was doing it out of Love for the baby. "Love". She started with Love for that baby. This was the beginning of the end for Kang Jae and her.

Kang Jae made a mistake. He said to her he support her decision but he acted in a way to make sure the baby would not be an obstacle for him. This made Woori loose trust in him. Of course she could have forgiven him if she treated the baby as a product to deliver to his owners. But no. She loved that baby. So she got rid of Kang Jae who would not side with her.

And worse for Kang Jae, when she was talking with her grandma, she felt like life after her decision was quite fine. Probably because she noticed she did not miss Kang Jae at all.

Glad that they did not drag it. Now they gop to next stage.

Today's ep was so cute and funny. I did not expect things to escalate so fast at the end of the ep but I liked the way it happened.
