I think you are too young to give advices to people. When you grow older, you will know that it is not because you live in a place that you know that place better than others. Also it gives you no right to decide how your place should be portrayed by others. It is part of the liberty of opinion and how you have right express it.

I did not preach anything. I just stated a reality of Africa and I said there is nothing racist to use that reality in a fiction. The ones who have a problem are the ones telling others how they should do things and how they should portray or present Africa. This drama is not here to make a balanced documentary about Africa. It is here just to use one reality of Africa to tell a fictional story.

Prove it is racist instead of just claiming it is.

Because these animals and the place they are presented in is not Africa? That's not a sterotype. That's Africa. Why? Because Africa is the only place in the world where there are Lions and Zebras together. No other place in the world has lions and zebras living in a same wildlife place. Are you sure to know your continent?

And they say Africa because it is the african continent. Is it not?

You are the one prejudiced towards the intelligence of people. Most viewers don't think that what they see on a screen is inevitably and fully the reality of something.

The drama did not mention any country of Africa. It just said Africa so your country could not have been misrepresented. And maybe you should consider that someone even an unlikely person can tell you some things you do not know because no one knows everything.

That's not true. There is nothing rude and no generalizations nor stereotypes in this drama. This drama never said : "See, this is all what Africa is". The drama just put a guy in one place of Africa to do one thing and come back home. Just like in real life, Many foreigners go to one place in Africa drill wells and go back home. There are tons of video on Youtube of people doing it. Why do you not go tell them they are racists and promoting generalizations and stereotypes about Africa. You don't because it is not true.

A drama is a fiction. It does not have to portray Africa or other third world countries or any country or continent in the world in a balanced way. They have the right to handpick one reality of these countries or continent and use it in their fictional story. Viewers are smarter than what you think. They know it is a fiction and that the reality it is based on is more complex. This works for Africa and also other places and for South Korean. All what is showed about South Korea in korean dramas is not the reality of South Korea.

There is nothing wrong in this drama regarding Africa. What it describes about Africa exists in Africa. You can state your opinion. And so do I. Now you said you stopped watching this drama. Maybe you are the one who should save his energy.

If you are in a crusade against the white people, it is not my concern. Nope. I said portraying people in Africa getting international help to dig wells is not a stereotype. It is a reality. Tens of thousands of wells are drilled in Africa and a large part of them are drilled with the help of foreign funding and foreign people. There is no stereotype or racism in this. It is just a depiction of a reality.
