The drama is centered on the main couple. The other characters are only here to support them or challenge them. None have a specific arc of narration with character development.

FL's mother in law. She is not annoying throughout the whole show. It is just that she has her own preferences and plans and she thinks it is how she should behave towards the FL. It is frustrating especially one scene where she is awful with FL.

- Chun Gi wants to help her father then procrastinate - Chun Gi wants the special medicine for her father, she can have it, then she cannot have it then the prince tells her she will have one. - Prince Yang Myung wants the fake painter then he forgets about it when he knows her identity - The master of the painting world doesn't want to help Chun Gi then want to support her when she doesn't want to go - Ha Ram doesn't want Chun Gi's affection, She disagrees, then agrees, then he changes his mind...
It is not only slow and messy but it is like 1 step forward two steps backwards. Almost halfway of the drama and no significant milestone reached yet.
