Been waiting for this and it’s finally aired. Saw ep 1., suspense building up. So is this a time travelling?…
So far it is not very clear. In case of time/space/parallel world travelling, the person who travels is always herself with her unique past, present and future. She does become the current version of herself especially if she travels in a time/parallel world where there is no version of her.
But in this story, FL travels and gets an ID card who should not be hers but the one of the current version of her. What is strange is that the ML seems not from the world she arrived in. I feel like he travelled other time/world before.
One explanation would be what you said. They are in a Matrix like world and the truth brought to their eyes is a fictional and editable world controlled by a company or an authority. I will give this drama more eps to convince me.
Agree it is probably Time travel + Parallel World but why the FL after the car accident arrived in a new parallel world with her former clothes but with a different ID card? Why she assumes a different identity. If she was just a time and worlds traveller she would just have her own clothes, her personality and no identity card and she could meet her doppleganger.
Plus ML thinks she is a person he used to know and she left him to study far away but she has no recollection of that. Does she has memory loss?

After 4 eps I like the two leads, their personality, the mystery of their origin, the interplay and bickering... but I have to say I do not understand the concept. What is the basic concept of worlds' transition here? Is it about parallel worlds? Time and space travel? Or are they all trapped in a game? The leads are cute so I will give it a few more eps if it is “logical”.
So far ML is not interested into the FL even if he is curious about her. SML is interested in her but it looks calculated. The Love triangle is inevitable though.
