Dal Mi has a fantazy of ideal love with NDS of the letters but in reality she is a blunt person regarding matters of Love. Remember how she described how a kiss should be or when she took NDS's hand in hers or hugged him or when she said to HJP she thought he liked her. It was expected she would be the one to kiss him first and at the rate their relationship was evolving, it had to be sooner than later.

HJP started to miss his chance the very first moment he was in the presence of SDM InJae and Grandma. The two girls were eating at her store and Grandma asked him if he needed something. He had a bunch of banknotes with him but he would rather not use one to buy something and have a chance to meet SDM. After that, he met SDM on the road and she told him to stay away but he should have run after her to explain to her. Even when grandma ask him to join the scheme of the fake letters, he should have taken the chance to meet her. Some pen friends travel 1000 kms in order to meet.

When you miss so many chances it just means the girl is not for you. No chance HJP ends up with SDM but he will find his own soulmate.

HJP And Grandma wrote the letters. HJP said it himself. That scheme brought NDS and SDM together and I agree with you, it gave him the opportunity to know the real her. Even if the truth is revealed, she is too much of a down to earth person to waste her time on that.

Watching DH, I never thought that Hye Mi had any real feelings for Jin Gook. Sure she had some kind of liking so he managed to extort a kiss from her using a lame story to make her weak on her knees. But after that, they never behaved like bf gf but just as usual friends.

In the end she finally knows her real heart and feelings. This is why she let Sam Dong go to achieve his dream. They don't end together.

I so much agree with you. NDS and SDM are a pair made in heaven. What was the chance his name and identity would be used for the fake letters. What was the chance he would sell his baseball ball and she would notice the ad? Fate or the stars brought them together for a journey together full of love, happiness and success hopefully. HJP and SDM is just a continuation of missed opportunities . I also like HJ¨P's character despite his flaws he has good qualities. I am sure he find his own happiness.

Do San said it will be fine so it will be fine. He will handle it the right way and SDM is someone down to earth ambitious and so far, she showed competence. She will not let her dreams and ambitions destroyed so easily.

Dal Mi will not end up with Ji Pyung. She is too much into NDS already.

It was not Ji Pyung's letters. It was Ji Pyung and Grandma's letters. I agree he deserves to find love and happiness. But it will not be with SDM.

Funny you call NDS a liar when HJP is the first one to has lied to SDM with the fake letters and the fake story about his dog he lost. The extreme words you use against NDS just how much you are biased. Who is the manipulator? Did NDS came up with the scheme to make up a penfriend and wrote fake letters? Who went to NDS with a plan to make him go to the party play fake NDS? Who lent his apartment, clothes and watch to make it look like STT and NDS are successful? Who is the master of puppet? Good relationships aren't built on lies? Haha. Go tell this to HJP. NDS is a good guy and he became a liar because he met HJP and Grandma. If he met SDM only, he would be dating her or not but he would not have become a liar. HJP and Grandma are the cause of all this.

Regarding HJP, and as I already said in my previous comments, in his youth HJP had a dark side. He used grandma account without telling her. He accepted to be in a scheme with her to lie to SDM. He could just have said "OK, grandma, if she has no friend then I will be her friend and write to her by myself to comfort her". But he just agreed to do it to repay her kindness to not be indebted. Also he was hot tempered and yelled at grandma. He always was individualistic and selfish. As a grown up man, I think it helped him to become successful by giving him a cold and ruthless side. He is friendly and helpful but his priority is his interest and his success rate.
I don't think he is a jerk. For a successful man I find him quite fair, cool and even funny with a clumsy side.

That's my opinion about him. I care to have a balanced opinion of people. Not like you who is clearly loathes NDS and expect him to not fare well. I hope HJP will fare well . But he will never win SDM. Just know it. You will be less disappointed.

I never said HJP doesn't have feelings for SDM. I said HJP never had feelings for SDM. I hope you can see the difference. I am just amazed that so many people believe the letters were a connexion between him and SDM in their youth and that HJP was the one writing the letters so he was her first love. No. He was not her first love. Her first love is the fake NDS.

Now 15 years later, I said I believe he is really confused about SDM and he might have developed feelings for her. It is more and more obvious especially in yesterday's episode. I always said Love triangle was inevitable. Now I feel sorry for him and for the ones with SLS. Because there is no chance a girl (SDM) who has so many cute skinships with her lover (NDS) goes to the SML.

I agree with you. This ep, I wanted to hate HJP more especially when he made a U turn with is car like someone was going to steal his cookies and he invited himself to eat dinner. But ok they cracked me up.
