Reminding me of Our Song ponytail DJ XiaoZhan performing Faded :)
GIRL!!! U changed ur pic before and I was like . . .wait who is this lol? Just figured it out it was u days ago and now u changed it again lol!! But it is valid. The pic is just 😍😍😍😍!!
Really hoping that the outfit for the Hong Kong Festival is everything and the stylist does his job and takes some motivation from the Faded performance on our song lol.
Wait really? Someone said it was a really good drama? I hope so! After all that we have waited - it best be the best drama EVER lol. The trailer doesn't give up too much. Like we barely see the supporting role characters so at least we will have a lot of surprises. The music so far is absolutely beautiful - I was hoping Xiao Zhan would sing a song but from melons I am hearing he will not be :(
Same even the genre wasn't but I got glued specially right after their train scene I was ready 7:30 a.m. ET everyday…
Exactly. Its like with Xiaomei - she chose XCS not because she didn't have her love for being a doctor but she knew that if she gave up on him at that point she would regret it and looking back what always think that was a wrong decision. She knew that it could hurt her chances of being a doctor but she decided that she could find another way to accomplish that goal but the thing that was #1 on her priority list was to be with XCS.
HHL didn't think that way - she thought well if I dont have the army than I will never be able to play the violin so she forsook XCS. But in reality she could have actually stayed with him and just joined an orchestra like she was doing in the later part of her career. But she made her choice and she regret it ever since.
Agreed. I am not really a huge romance person anyways lol. Prefer my criminal/thriller dramas but this one didnt have too much romance and I liked the overall scope of it. Real world people just making decisions based on what they thought would better suit them in their future. Of course to some we would think they are bad people but to others they realize we would actually do the same if we were in those circumstances.

Yea its just people grow and change - we might have liked that person before but when we grow older and gain newer experiences we change our outlook and think .. . .is this person really suited for me? Or why did I ever like this person? That is why I never fault someone who made a mistake when they were younger because we ALL did - and people change so they mgiht be completely different from how they were when they were back than.
I dont mind it lol. Sometimes girls got to take the initiative u know lol. Xiaomei was lucky but of course that doesn't mean everyone will end up with their person. Like u said its a 50% chance. And I think HHL kind of depicts what happens if u dont take the chance at least - u will always think "what if".
Xiao Zhan in a republican era + a spy . . .the VISUALS he is about to serve lol. I still wished for a historical costume drama lol but that is also a win for me lol. ---- I am hearing so many rumors about TLP that I am just not a believer anymore. They lie too much!
Yea it was sad to hear that he passed away so early on. Hopefully him and his family are in peace. He seemed to be a very kind man.

Isn't that so true to life though lol. I remember when I was in high school I had my first bf and I thought he might be the one. But now a few years later, still not married, but I look back at that and I am just like wow I was an idiot lol. I feel when we are young we tend to overexaggerate our feelings a little and think they are the ONE and that we will be together forever. But when we grow older we realize how ridiculous we sounded lol - at least that was for me. To this day I am just like ughhh why did I even date that guy. Like I feel like me now would never date someone like that. We just change as time goes on.

They are a very cute couple lol. It took some time for XCS but once he fell for her I think they were inseparable at that point. It was like HHl who lol?
I know this is a hot take but kind of glad XCS dated HHL - didn't think so at the beginning but seeing the difference between how he treats HHL & Xiaomei it makes u really understand who he loved more and cares for more.
Also glad that YGH & HHL got divorced. I didn't want them to be like well we can work it out - I feel like that would go against everything the drama was building up towards. That they are just incompatible and sometimes its best to just walk away rather than stay in a relationship that will do u no good. I know a lot of women do that because their families make them feel like if they get divorced it would be the biggest sin ever - so glad they made it okay to have a divorce and that the female was fine afterwards and was able to actually live her life.
Studio better have like 2 cameras ready to take about 100 pictures each along with 10 videos lol. That way every 5 days they can release 10 pictures and 1 video lol.
Idk if he would be able to since he probably won't have enough time to hang out with them. He has to go to HK - go to the film festival - and go right back to start filming for his film in like a span of 5 days.
Oh u live in the US as well? YUP! Seeing him in the movie theaters will be exciting lol.
iQiyi definitely has better CGI and better scripts lately - for sure. Idk about Youku to be honest - theres are either hits or misses just like Tencent as well. I really want Xiao Zhan to do a historical iQiyi costume drama though!
It is airing!
Please do not let us be clowns lol!
Time to take out the clown nose and hope once more.
I can't wait for filming to begin - please give us some crumbs so we can survive until next year when the movie comes out.
