The loser who got Qi Tian arrested in the earlier episodes and just can't get XCS out of his mind lol. Wait, YGH & HHL started their character development? When was this and where was I when it happened lol? I don't remember this. I just see them getting worse - HHL & YGH always had these traits before but they just were more obvious as episodes went by. Nothing really changed about them - same selfish people lo.

I mean that is true without YGH & HHL there really wouldn't be much controversey of the characters and how they treat XCS is what will probably drive XCS's character development. They play a huge part in the story but doesn't change the fact they assholes lol.

I doubt it - I dont think they would have known it would do this well. I think they are just happy it is doing so well that they are doing stuff. I know for other dramas they also do stuff for the milestones. Another drama did something when they hit 25000. I kind of what LRL to do something lol

I really hope we don't get that many scenes of HHL & YGH. No one cares about their romance unless its their downfall lol. I am keeping it real here - there is no love from me to them. I wish them no form of happiness whatsoever lol. I mean I know they are going to get married but hoping for a divorce! I got 3 people in this show that I wish for unhappy endings - HHL, YGH & the loser that just can't get a job. I even like the eyepatch dude AND he stabbed XCS but this man has CHARACTER development.

OH PLEASE. Omg if what u said is accurate I would be so happy. I want that SO BAD. I have been asking for YGH & HHL to get married and they regret their decision and she leaves his sorry ass. And regrets not marrying XCS but it being too late. The cherry on top would if be if her mother is alive long enough to see XCS being successful and her daughter getting divorced. Would put a smile on my face.

How messed up is it that YGH still goes after HHL though? Like dude u stole everything from XCS and now u still have the audacity to go after his ex gf? Knowing full well that the only reason they didn't end up together is because of XCS's injury that he got to save his life (glad that XCS & HHL broke up though lol).

Gotten used to is FACTS! I feel at this point they think this is just normal - that everyone has a XCS in their life and they can use him and he won't mind. I mean with this I blame XCS a little - I wished he would call them out for it. Tell them that its toxic to do those kind of things. I am hoping when he grows he realizes that what YGH & HHL did to him was not what a friend does and calls them out later on in life.

Idk. If he truly wanted to give XCS the credit like he claims - he had multiple opportunities. Him getting up when telling XCS oh I will go right now and tell them - lets keep it real he did it for show. He knew XCS would stop him. When DL was telling him how they were talking about his "heroic deeds" - at that moment he could be like oh that didn't happen like that. INSTEAD he said "oh what did he say about that" and he was scared that XCS would tell the truth - which shows that he wanted to keep it a secret and not let anyone know what happened. The only person he told was HHL because he knew she would never snitch on him - because they understood one another & that she wanted him to become a hero so she can continue to get his support. DL would have told ON THE SPOT. So, it isn't conjecture his actions kind of show that he never wanted to tell anyone & just made himself feel better when XCS said it was okay to take the credit. If XCS said no go tell them - lets be honest he would hestiate for sure.

Hoping XCS can move forward and get to an even better position - too many bad things have already happened to him. Just one hit after the other

Ahh okay. I guess I was hoping for them to straight out be like "We are over" lol. So, the fact they never said it outright made me think that maybe we still had to wait or something. But glad it is over and I can rejoice that the ungrateful people in XCS's life has left him and he can move on & prosper.

True. I think he understands that his character isn't perfect and has done a lot things that are immoral. Also, funny that he apologizes for the actions by his character lol.

I think it will be another 6 to 8 episodes. From the previews it seems like episode 24 he protects her from the loser who can't get a job. I hope it happens soon as well - they look so cute together in the clips I saw of them.

I think when he picked up the book he was able to walk again so I am guessing it will be a while still for that scene to happen

When he started mentioning HHL during the mine scene I was like BRO STOP PLEASE. Every minute of his existence all he does is mention HHL. The thing that pissed me off even further is when XCS is suffering and finds out he can't be in the army as a soldier, probably can't walk AND he lost his father - this man had the audacity to only care about HHL. Like bro are u serious? XCS saved his life and he took his merits but even after all that the only thing he could care about is HHL. Talk about a horrible friend. XCS needs to pick his friends better for sure. That was disgusting to me.

I agree. From the beginning YGH & HHL should have been together because they are cut from the same cloth. And I hate that they say we are realists - no they just prefer an easy way out alot of circumstanes are true to life but what they did was steal and give up on someone when the going went tough. They don't like to work for what they can get. HHL didn't even waste a second to realize she didn't want to be with XCS if he was disabled. She forsook him the minute an opportunity knocked & has the audactiy to say "I will never love someone more than I love u" - like GIRL BYE. I hope XCS forgets her like last weeks meal.

U know whats crazy YF is actually really aware. When she heard about her brothers merits - she questioned it & was liike I feel there is something wrong. I think she will know that it was actually XCS that was the one that did the heroic deed and her brother stole the credit.

I think XCS was never perfect - he also had many flaws as well. He was a dreamer that never thought if things didn't go that way what would happen. I think his biggest flaw is that he trusted his friends too much & never thought of himself. He could have left YGH on the mine & got some help while giving the coordinates as well. But instead he wanted to save him beucase he truly cared for him more than his own life. I think that is 1 thing that XCS needs to change - he needs to care for himself more.

I am glad DL survived but wished Amao also lived on. His life was already filled with sadness that having it end like that was just cruel. But I hope DL and XCS can remain friends & help each other progress and move forward. I hate the fact that only YGH got out of it unscathed and got all the merits for it as well but did absolutely nothing. Hoping that the future for DL & XCS far exceed YGH.

Idk - I feel he saw all the love that everyone was giving to him for being a hero that he also didn't want to tell the truth. He wanted that love - he has always been jealous of XCS for being the center of attention and now he has what he did. He stole the reward but I think inside he feels content - he will feel guilty for a while but as time passes he will forget and move on and even remember that he is a hero. I call that an ass and someone with evil intentions. If he stops being XCS's friend - like the trailer seems to show that just shows more reason to dislike him.

Xiaomei, my girl, when she heard the noodle stall owner call her XCS's wife. Girl got so happy!! And when he didn't say no to the gf accusations - 1 step closer lol.

I would concur. I think they are bad people. They can be self-absorbed without having to hurt XCS. Absolutely no reason for YGH to do what he did in episode 18. He already got saved and was able to continue his career while XCS is handicapped (for now). Asking for more is what a bad person would do. It's like if I asked u for $100 dollars and besides for thanking u - I steal ur phone in the process. That is just WRONG!

Really disappointed in YGH. I thought he would be better than HHL at least - but in the end he became worse.
