Agreed. I respected LZX when she saw how he was having a moment and didn't barge in or tell him to just get past it. Instead she tried to find a way to help him with how she thought was best without making it seem like HE HAD to move on. I felt the other doctor, Dr. Gao, just wants Gu Wei to move on and start doing surgery without every helping him with the issues he had and trying to overcome that trauma. I find the relationship between LZX and Gu Wei more healthy and good for one another. It's honestly super cute!

Agreed! It's a fun and sweet watch. I find myself always smiling when watching this drama. Like the chemistry is like absolutely PERFECT. I can't stop myself from saying how great it is - probably one of the top best I have seen in c-dramas so far.

THIS! I also think he has fallen for LZX slowly. It isn't like a full on "I have fallen head over heals" but he definitely has feelings and u can tell with the way he looks at her. But there are still some situations where he acts like he doesn't - like when he sanitizes his hands after she touched him. Yea, I do feel the father is still pretty strict at times especially when LZX was givign her reason for why she doesn't call him dad. But u do feel his fear and kind of want to be lenient towards him. I do hope he starts to understand his daughters situation and not push her into something she doesn't want. And the relationship seems so realistic at times - my dad isn't a teacher but he is also quite strict as well. I think its a dad thing with ALL daughters lol.
AGREED lol!!! Who would run away from a dinner with Gu Wei? But that scene made me realize how great bf material Gu Wei is. Because LZX accidentally brought him to a couple themed restaurant and besides for pointing it out in front of the waitress and making it more awkward for her he helped her out with quickly picking something. It was SO sweet of him. Most guys would be like why did u bring me here? And make the situation worse - but Gu Wei was so nice about it. I am like in love with him!! lol

Lin ZhiXiao is like a perfect person to heal Gu Wei because he is surrounded by doctors who are just BY THE BOOK so I feel for him hearing the words from Lin ZhiXiao and her perspective really helped him. It just seems so nice how they are able to talk to each other without any kind of awkwardness.

When the dad found out that he actually had cancer - his reaction was quite realistic. I know from experience that people get really fearful. I know some people even run away from the problem - I have been to the hospital a few times and people have shared how when they found out they had cancer they never went back to the hospital for years because they thought it wouldn't get any worse. I feel the family should have told him and let him be able to come to terms with it - especially since they caught it early on. I mean he should have had a say in his treatment if anything and they could have settled him down since his diagnosis seems good.
With every new episode release - this drama is just getting better & better. I am really loving the chemistry and story. It just feels like a feel good drama.
