Title The Song of Glory Spoiler
You took the words right out of my mouth lol. I didn't like Prince Jing Ling at first but he is growing on me,…
And the way he kept bumping into Luyuan to push him out of the way. It was so subtly mean I almost died!

This is not wuxia, its just historical & political genre. Just because it has martial arts doesn't make it a wuxia…
LOL - Let's just call it a hybrid and split the difference! Doesn't matter whether its animal, vegetable, mineral, wuxia or political as long as its enjoyable.

Title The Song of Glory Spoiler
Gonna call it: the mystery man behind LiGe's master is Wang Zi Jin's father... He's still bitter about losing…
Yes he was suspicious from the moment he turned down the marriage proposal for such a flimsy reason. He plays the drunken fool too well.

which characters do you hate?
If the story follows history the final master mind will be someone Pengcheng trusts, more likely a man. Maybe one of the scholars that he is bringing into the palace or sadly maybe even Jingling Someone who is in a position to undermine the emperor's trust in him/is trying to push him or frame him for trying to usurp the throne. All the rest are too obvious and ultimately petty villains.

Heheh... you mean everything's gonna make sense??? Gaoliang may be too drastic - that would knock me out cold and take all the fun out of it!

So the first thing I ever saw Jason Koo in was Oh! My Emperor, and someone commented that he looked like the squirrel…
He has the best most adorable facial expressions!

Title Love a Lifetime Spoiler
There are worse things than death. She’ll keep those around that can be of used. But as it stands now, Rong…
Fruit of the poisonous tree... Its very prevalent throughout. Rong Jingfeng was her disciple, he was influence by the same ruthlessness and petty vindictiveness. Turns out he was her "best" disciple. And Rong Su was also tainted by her father and to some extent Mo Huan although thankfully it is not too late for her. She had the opposite influence on Ruo Han who turned out to be her opposite - compassionate and unwilling to burden her kids with the past generations grievances.

There's a male actor with the same name when spelled in English. I suspect the Chinese characters are different,…
The chinese censors would faint!

Indeed she is terrible I never saw any redeeming value in her because she saves people to prolong their suffering. And her motives are petty and vain. She can't stand it that her disciples whom she professed to love found love and left her. The only candidate for worse villain to me was always Meiying. And everytime he "dies" I literally wanted to pop champagne! I can't decide who is worse. Whereas Rong Jingfeng was just obsessed with being revered as jianghu leader he actually loves his daughters.

So YouTube has been reading my diary and offered up this Qin Hao interview with English subs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tKcphnpfRQ…
Indeed, he is an excellent and versatile actor. He is a completely different character in every role he takes on. And he doesn't pander to popular ideas of what a good role ought to be, he plays roles he is interested in.
