Yeah unfortunately Tencent's priority target markets are Southeast Asia so those are getting subbed first. Looks like the Indonesian subs are quite good, definitely not machine translated (like Twin Flower Legend) so be patient, I think the English subs will be good too.

I look at this industry and have fed back to management at all three streaming platforms that they need to release English subs at the same time when they launch their dramas. iQiyi has done it already. Next step is to complain about the quality of the subs but one thing at a time.

I will probably watch it I just need to get past the first 5 mins.

Heheh, most movie stars are tiny. I have ran into quite a few in real life and am always shocked at how thin and often short they are. From what I have seen and IMHO the height stats on MDL or elsewhere online errs on the side of stretching the truth!!! The camera puts a lot of weight on them and if they eat in the middle of a shoot, their faces end up looking bloated.

I just hate the Duke Yuan dude so much I can't watch him anymore, am not invested in any of the characters and the story got too convoluted even for me.

I am finishing up The Victim's Game it is very good until the last episode kind of flops. It is still a good watch just very dark and not sure if you like that.

Lately the new c-dramas are all not that great- I think it is because advertising is bad they have pushed back all the really good shows and are launching weaker shows because they only make money from ads. Maybe watch old show? I like The Dark Lord a lot even though it is quite slapstick (which I don't usually like) I just can only watch 1-2 episodes at a time.

I also switched to Western shows - Billions season 5 is excellent and Briarpatch if you like the Tarantino/Fargo kind of stuff.

If not, I think Little Nyonya is airing soon, I will at least check it out?

Totally agree, I just ignore comments where its obvious they are spoiling for a fight. After awhile you also recognize the more belligerent users and avoid commenting on their posts.

Blocking is easy - it is the second option in the Add Friend function. I only had to use it once. Not sure about the double posting - I think you can just use the Report (in the edit down arrow) function but I think its just easier to delete the duplicate than to wait for the admin to do it.

I have been trolled here too because I am a critical person and I call it as I see it, I can't help myself. I have seen some pretty toxic threads - try posting that you didn't enjoy some of the top dramas on this site and see if you don't get eaten alive. But as long as you don't do that I think it is a safe place. Also I love the blocking feature, its great. Just saying cyber bullying happens everywhere but maybe not as frequently here.

Soompi users tend to be very lax with major spoilers. I got spoiled into dropping something I was watching a long time ago and never went back. Mild spoilers are inevitable on the threads but most of the time MDL users are much better at hiding major spoilers.
