I notice that they kind of "blur" the kissing part while they are in school - there should be 2 times when he kissed her while they are in their teens (the classroom and the birthday part), but when they are adult, the author have no restraint. I think probably the author didnt want to influence young readers who are still in school.

I might be wrong but I think they give them water card so they wont waste water in school if u get what I mean.
ah I see. As someone who lives outside of China, I find it weird because isnt water supposed to be basic human rights but I supposed charging water as for them not wasting water is also the right thing to do.
