It was def a 10/10 for me as well, they had a story, they didn't use gay as an error like many other shows use…
Thailand does not allow same-sex unions to be filed as “marriages” but they allow for civil unions. So they're one step better, but they've got a ways to go yet as well. Japan's highest courts have found a marriage ban to be unconstitutional and next month Tokyo and a bunch of other cities will start issuing marriage permits, but not allow for tax breaks like hetero couples. We'll see how long it takes South Korea to follow suit - change can come slowly but sometimes we're surprised, too.
I really don't know why honestly. I think you are right! So I changed it after thinking about it.I really loved…
In my perfect world, I would be able to see every J-drama and film I wanted. I don't understand why there aren't more streaming sites...like, take my money, please! :-)

Wow, I didn't expect that response, but thanks for letting me know! I periodically change my ratings as well, both up and down, so it's good to know that yours went up for this film. (I'll have to check it out.)
To be honest, I would not have thought about watching this drama but the trailer I just saw on Viki - and I'm not exaggerating here - was one of the most interesting and intriguing trailers I've seen in a long time...and it wasn't even subbed.
Japan has actually made some of the best BL/LGBTQ+ films/dramas so I'm not sure what you're watching. (And actually,…
(I did actually read all of your comment before replying.) By the way, here are my top five BL/LGBTQ+ films/dramas - all from Japan: 1. Life-Love on the Line (the director's cut film is best because of the extra scenes) 2. Restart After Come Back Home 3. My Beautiful Man (Utsukushii Kare) 4. Kieta Hatsukoi 5. Cherry Magic

It's not unusual to live somewhere but want to watch stuff from other places. I'm an American, ok, I totally get it. And no, it's not actually that sad - it's kind of normal. Also, "I live here. I see it in their everyday life, they way they educate people, the way they do and think about things" sounds pretty bleak, like maybe it's time for you to move on to another place? Both of your comments are pretty unflattering about the country where you're presently residing. (None of my business, of course, just making an observation.)
This is soooooo bad… two Japanese BL drama in a row that sucked so bad. They really need to do something with…

It's some of the best acting that I've seen in years. We have some folks on here who refuse to rate anything higher…
I started watching that but because I couldn't find updated subs I quit. I'm ready to not have to go on a treasure hunt every time I want to watch a subbed drama!
