—this drama isn’t a person, not sure how you can harass it. I’ll keep an open mind that this drama will improve in story-telling but I’m not going to keep an open mind on the issues this show presents such as sexual harassment and unwarranted physical violence.

I didn’t say they should be banned but it deserves consequences such as negative backlash, people should be having conversations why such scenes or actions are wrong and why it shouldn’t be emulated in real life.

—there are many factors at play such as the intention/motive of the creators. If the creator make a show with the clear intention of saying and encouraging indecent actions such as rape and molesting, and will continuously argue that it’s okay, they deserve the backlash. I’m not saying it should be banned but they deserved consequences, like maybe people can protest or withdraw financial support, affects their public image, and etc. but yes they deserve consequences.

No I don’t watch those things but if those things you watch are saying those things are okay, then that’s wrong. If the viewers and commentators are saying those actions are acceptable in real life, then it’s wrong. If they enjoy watching those things but know that it’s wrong, then sure but that’s not the case on this show.

If they show such scenes but explain it as wrong, then yes that’s fine but that’s not what the show is doing. It’s saying those actions are okay. And some commentators are doing the same.

LOL I never indicated the script is illegal. There’s a limit to so called “artistic freedom.” Esp when it promotes questionable things, it needs to be called out and explained why it’s wrong.

This is not about artistic freedom or censorship. I agree with your points regarding those issues. We are on the same page on this.

My problem is with the show glamorizing those scenes and saying that it’s okay and there are people (users on this comment section) defending such scenes as not being sexual harassment and it’s all innocent and what not. They try to justify every questionable action of the FL character.

I also agree that a big problem is the promotion of it being family-friendly when it’s not.

Let us say the first episode didn’t happen because I’m tired of explaining that. How would you explain episode 2 when he was drunk and asleep? Not only did she violated personal physical space by rubbing against him but she physically assaulted him.

I did not watch Itaewon Class and if that happened, shame on her character. That is wrong. Just because it happened on other shows, it doesn’t mean we should tolerate it here.
