I fast-forward some scenes of ep 2 because i was getting restless haha yes, I wish the leads picked a better project to work together because they’re very talented. I would had prefer a historical drama with them both in it, something similar to love in the moonlight haha

Just finished episode 2

FL is annoying AF.

She drinks on her job with her friends? She sure hasn’t improved much in the past three years. Her friends are so annoying. They accuse him of overworking FL? WTF

So FL is basically stalking ML for the past three years. She fell in love with him ever since that moment they met. And that’s why she decided to work there. Romance is the only worthy goal for a girl to live for? LOL

UGH while he’s drunk and asleep, she starts invading his space and feeling him all over. Sexual harassment in EP 2 as well?!? WTF

He has a girlfriend and FL is pursuing him?!? How can anyone accept this? And she physically assaulted him when he called out his girlfriend name while sleeping. Are you kidding me!?! I’m only 10 minutes into episode 2, and I’m feeling MAD.

The dreadlock guy isn’t funny.

UGH I had to fast-forward some scenes, it got so annoying.

I nominated the FL as one of the worst of 2020.
•she drinks on the job
•hits on her boss who has a girlfriend (doesn’t matter if his gf is shady or bad)
•she physically touched him all over while he was drunk
•physically assaulted him while drunk.
•falls in love with ML in three minutes, she kept the stuff animal.

Now it’s time for me to check out Its Okay not to be okay. I hope that drama is good to wash away my sour taste of this week episodes of Backstreet Rookie. So disappointed.

Some of the users here are being really insensitive, there might even be some victims of sexual harassment here and for those to gloss it over as small and insignificant, that’s not meshing well with me. And we wonder why victims hide the incidents from their life because of judgmental people like yourselves.

The oh Goblin did this as well and GOT did that, and the argument of how come people didn’t get upset long time ago? —The fact is people did get upset and there are articles on it. Second if certain people didn’t get upset in the past, but now they are, it’s called they grew up and realized their mistakes. Lastly, it shouldn’t be acceptable just because other shows have done it before.

The director promised the audience when the project was first announced that it would be family-friendly. It received backlash even then, so no one should be surprised and should had taken care of removing controversial elements when making the show, clearly they didn’t do a good job of it, not completely. Ask yourself, was it necessary to adapt a drama from an adult webtoon when there are so many webtoons out there? Every year the number of webtoon to drama adaption is increasing dramatically, still confounded why the leads and the production team chose this raunchy webtoon specifically. They are not lacking good webtoon.

This is not a hate post. Gosh people can’t differentiate between hate and constructive criticism.

—the example I made up is to indicate that it is 100 percent murder. It’s a fact but the judge rule it not so, just because for a “blank” number of reasons including corruption.

—obviously nothing is impossible. Strange things happen all the time, but it’s super rare. There is no point in toying with potential scenarios that is a rare occurrence. It’s probably easier to lasso down the moon lol

—any imagined scenario could happened, but this is when we start dabbling into fantasy and the world of imagination.

—any lawyer would always try to find ambiguity in any situation even evidence that is 100 percent fool proof. It’s not a surprise. Don’t make any assumption about my origins. Once again, we as viewers are the judge, and the evidence is right in front of us.

—not sure why we are discussing Christianity. Everything is about context. No one can fully understand the Bible or context or the actual meaning and intent of every passage and verse. It’s better to judge the people actions in our life because we can understand it better.

—I see what you are saying but there’s flaws in that. Just because a judge deemed it something, doesn’t make it correct.

Judge: declares Mr. A is not a murderer despite strong evidence and testimony.

So would Mr. C and Mr. D only “think” Mr. A is a murderer just because judge says he’s not one?

If we are putting it in a drama perspective, we as a viewer have the evidence right in front of us. We are the judge. It’s clear that she committed a sexual offense. I don’t think, I know.

But that was when he gave them the bag before the audience seeing what’s inside the bag. Yes I made a mistake on not seeing what the content of the bag was.

I’m really disheartened when I see some people online like in twitter glorifying that kissing scene. They squeal at how cute the kiss is and how strong the FL character is for doing that, when she’s a scum character. Some people drop their morals because they are huge fans of the actors. I’m a fan too but I can’t wallpaper certain scenes in the drama with hearts and stars and glitter. That’s beneath me.

Yes someone clarified to me it wasn’t a pack of smokes in the bag but candy, I missed that detail.

Was he not drunk? Lol did she not hit on him because she thought he looked good?
