I mean at least for the drama I would assume it’s because she doesn’t want anyone to know about her whereabouts…
She gave Li Kuang a letter to read before she left Rundu. She might have confirmed her identity as the real HRF, and told him to have his troops in readiness. I hope he is tightlipped.
I'm sorry to say this bc. of our wonderful couple, but at ep 26 I start to feel like plotholes are accumulating…
He said the batallion barged into the city, which is weird. Li Xiang and He Yan should have been alerted if there was a fracas outside the city walls. He just showed up in the blink of an eye.
every best scene is getting trampled so it has little emotional effect , Like how the identity of He Yan being…
I think that an author and a scriptwriter are writing on different emotional levels. The original writer is the parent who created and nurtured the character. The writer paints the picture for the reader with descriptive writing.
The scriptwriter is the stepparent, recreating a character with dialog only. The descriptive writing is replaced by visuals; directing and editing, acting, scenery and costumes.
Am I the only one who didn’t like her wailing on the battlefield? She fights all professional and then starts…
I agree 100%. She went from aggressive to passive. She didn't even make sure Wutuo Leader was dead. Usually, they give the final thrust, to ensure the enemy leader stays dead. Once the leader is declared dead, the underlings usually submit defeat, and run away.
I don't hate Chu Zhao. I don't like him either. I find some of the hate comments against him a bit too strong.…
I suspect he has an ulterior motive to take down Xu. I hope this is his big reveal, so he can redeem his drama reputation. In today's episode, he was standing in the middle of the frame, with Xiao Jue and He Yan on either side, looking at each other. I said, "Get out of the frame, Chu Zhao!" LOL
He Yan's battle scenes have been very impressive. Zhou Ye, Drama Director and Action Director and staff did a great job with the execution of the stunts. I thought the only weakness was at Rundu when He Yan was wailing for Xiao Jue, thinking he was dead on the battleground. The Wutuo leader crept up behind her, but Xiao Jue saved the day. With her crack fighting and strategic skills, He Yan left her back exposed. As usual, the valiant hero steps in, and saves the heroine's life.
