Whether they had sex or not in the hotel room, it was no rape. Me and quite a few of us stood by this from day one, and argued for it quite extensively, despite all the hate and abuse we got. You don't confess love and you don't inititae intimate moves - like kiss on the lips and putting your arms around someone's neck - towards someone you have no romantic feelings and sexual desire about, just becasue you are drunk. Being drunk does not mean metamorphosis or personality transfer. Out of all the lunatic complaints from the "Let's Make Every Gay Couple Bleached Out" BL fan committee, the age difference thing is probably the most idiotic. If they had concerns about the teacher-student power imbalance, that would have made a bit more sense. I would seriously ask these peeps if they go out from home at all? China is not really coming after them even in the mainland. The censorhip of LGBT content has a lot more to do with political reasons than others. It is the civic movements and inititaives the Xi administration is so much worried about, and that is why they try to restrain LGBT content in media. Before 2016 Chinese BL was sometimes more permissive than others. But my point is that the annexation of Taiwan would not only be a scandalous dismantle of one of the most progressive democracies in the region, but probably the start of a new world war. So a lot more to worry about than the queer community only.

J's fans were attacking Mew on social media for weeks.

Mew's brainfarted fans thoght that Aam's comments were meant to be against Mew, and that he referred back to the events while filming What the Duck.
Ever since then Aam (as well as Art) are being attacked by Mew's deranged fans. They both took legal actions against the cyber abusers. So those GMMTV fans are likely to be these vermins who slag off all his work.
Another silly horror comedy that manages to be funny and intriguing at the same time. I enjoy it a lot. Even the narrative twists maintain suspense. I am curious where it leads.

It was before the hotel incident and supposedly as a revenge for hitting Mu Ren on the street. I did not like that at all. Firstly because he already punched YJ on the spot, so they were even, if we stick to the"eye for an eye" routine, and secondly because it was more about LC's showing off his virility rather than anything else. Repetaedly beating up a troubled and much weaker kid for one punch was hard to watch for me.
