..et kuidas? Läbi anime või umbes nii. Oli hetk kus animes midagi head ei leidnud ja manga pool oli ka suht vaikne...hakkas igav, lugesin natuke siit ja asealt reviewsid ja previewsid ning nägin, et nii mõnelgi on live draama ka olemas.No ma siis piilusin natuke ja siis avastasin et seal on rohkem kui arvasin...

Anime vaatajate pööramine on lihtne - lihtsalt alusta nendega mõnest draamast millel on ka anime vers., sama kehtib ka manga kohta. Enamus jdramasid ei ole originaalid vaid on adaptsioonid. Kdraamad põhinevad enamasti originaal käsikirjal.

City Hunter on minu jaoks selline väga ebatasase kvaliteediga asi, teamwork oli suht nõrk, main female lead tegi oma rolli väga viletsalt ja enamasti main male actori najal ta end läbi vedas.
Scriptis oli auke ja lapsusi. Samas kohati oli CH väga hea. Minu jaoks on ta üldplaanis selline tubli keskmine.
Aga mul on veider maitse...ma armastan kvaliteet kaupa st. andekaid näitlejaid ja korralikku story.
Paljud vanad dramad on väga ok ja vähesed uued suudavad üldse tähelepanu köita.

Baby-faced Beauty is sometimes tiny bit too childish and cheesy...but makes you smile.Its not shining romcom for teens, more like glowing romcom for family.

I was kinda into anime littlebit ago i tried watch all old classics ( still havent seen all of them) but most of new ones disapointed me. there was 2-3 titles per year lately what i have find watchable. Now i try see most of good and classic dramas, this eats all mine time up, so im on pause with anime. Fall of MU also has big role in it, many old series just have vanished and hunting of torrents is time consuming and sometimes annoying. Still mine taste with anime is same kind weird like with drama...or maybe even tiny bit weirder.
Do you have MAL account? I made one lately bc i started forget what i have already seen and i hope it helps me get back onto anime later.

I take it easy,i just stream dramas. Maybe in future i start dl or buy if i have chanse but think i must before build up list what i really want bc one thing what i learned with animes - i really hate deleting already dl'ed files. It makes me feel like i wasted mine time or when i like title then i breaks mine heart to erase it. With stream it is easier to drop or select titles for future. But i know not all ppl are able to use stream bc of connection or other issues.
Now i watch Baby-faced Beauty. Its not diferent from other usual romcoms but somehow i dont feel bored, still it doesnt make me hyped too. Nice. light, warm entertaiment. One good side is that it doesnt have any annoying charaters and acting is ok. Im already near completing it soon.
I havent desided what to watch next - something old or new or maybe rewatching favorites, mine next pick can be kinda random.

im glad you liked mr.Goodbye. This drama isnt perfect, it has flaws but it has unique way tell a story. After finishing last ep. all story has new color. How you liked main male lead actors rolemaking?

Next i recommend to you Star in My Heart. It is like grandmother of all nowday korea romance dramas, with perfect acting, superb soundtrack a.s.o. real classic. This drama started fame of korean dramas in other countries, so must see one for real kdrama fans.
And there is one movie what is really good one too

I tried Color of Woman but this drama is so weird and not in good way. i think there was many scriptwriters and they all where siting behind one big round table and playd a game where one player writes somethin and then covers it only last tiny part is seen for next player who writes coninuation and covers it and the next writes and then next. When all paper is used then story ends.

you are not alone, i liked manga a lot more. Story itself is splendid shoujo with some well created charaters.

I havent seen nr. 5&2. With 5 i know- it isnt mine cup of tea genre and with 2.it is maybe in sometimes future.I agree that nr. 4&3 are good dramas and worth your time.
Like nr 4 what is manga adaption is nr.1 manga adaption too and mangaka used for main guy looks and personality a model from real life (former member from rockband X Japan http://www.jrock-world.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/hide3.jpg ) and this was main core for me to imagine this charater. Actor in drama doesnt resemble nor visually or by personality to this picture and for me was drama ruined bc thous two aspects where essential for story in manga, was this magic what made it unique. But this is mine opinion and i dont say that drama is generally bad, other actors do nice job there.
p.s. this list clearly needs adding of MARS,what is manga adaption too but manages capture feeling of original

Time Between Dog and Wolf and City Hunter I have seen them both.For me they are two totally diferent dramas. TBDaW is way more better by story and acting than CH what has only few good action scenes and very clumsy and unlogical acting from female lead.CH is like hit and miss but TBDaW is great enteraiment.
I havent seen White Christmas, looking summary and reviews made me not picking this drama up - its not mine cup of tea type story.
I hope your 52 week challenge goes well. One drama per day is possible even two if it is J-drama (thous are short)

You post that Kim Bo Kyung is rock musican. I must disagree, she only has released one album with songs from various genres. So, she isnt rock musican. Maybe in future, when she starts pursue rock music but not now.

I started with Shut Up: Flower Boy Band. There was this big hype about that drama so i thought i give it a try. But im disapointed, all storyline is so predictable, i can even say what happens next or what this or that character is saying next. Til ep. 11 they still have only one whole song(what is nice one) and some bits from other charaters ( what arent mine taste).
Acting in first eps was so painful to watch, not bc of sad story but bc it was so stiff or awkward. It improves littlebit later.
Still, i try watch it til end, i promised to myself complete all music dramas, even bad and average ones if i started them.
I have seen in RL how some bands got started, it was in diferent time and inviroment. Mine curiosity comes from there.

How are you? And what you plan watch next?

I fear most of sugested titles would not work with most of mine friends. They have kinda similar weird taste like me.
