I doubt there are many producers checking the message boards here, but if there are and you are that producer, this is for you:
If you see the term "subrogation" in a script, that is a red flag. A big one.
I'm not saying you pass on that script, but you should have a heart-to-heart with that writer about what is entertainment and what is a civil litigation textbook.
Lots of criticism that I agree with here. But I came out with a bit lower opinion.
Eun Ho was too perfect for my taste. I thought he was super blah. Like a 9.5/10 dull. And anyone that inhumanly organized is never going to be that warm and understanding with someone who comes in to their space and disrupts things. And to me, this really sinks the entire show. He's boring which makes the leads as a couple uninteresting. And the leads are even more of the focus than in most dramas.
I liked the Kim Shin Rok episode a lot but otherwise, I was not a fan.
It could be a great show. It could be a phenomenal show. It could be an unbelievably amazing chef's kiss of a show. It could be the best drama of 2025. It could be the best drama of 2024 AND 2025.
yes, thank you for this, it is exactly what a feel. I keep hate watching just for Lee jae Wook but everything…
I wasn’t going to write a review at first but so much of the conversation was so focused on the FL - like everything else was great and she single-handedly ruins it. But there’s so much more that is awful.
Thanks for friendly comment. Hope you’re finding better shows to watch 🙂
Very similar to how I rated it but I bumped it up a .5 star to a 7.0 because Cha Chung Hwa here had one of my favorite supporting performances ever.
Dead right on the plot analysis. The first conflict (accident/murder & corp power conflict) gets too much attention early and resolves too easily while the second (resolving the first life issues) waits way too long to be brought out so it doesn't land any tension. The Min Ki and Han Na characters are badly introduced and misused.
Unbelievably stupid finale. Not a great show before that, but turning the geek into essentially a Terminator-esque killing machine was the dumbest sequence I've ever seen. And I've seen at least ten Michael Bay movies and half the Fast & Furious series.
Anyone else think Kwon Yool who seems to always play a creepy weird kind of character was not the best choice for the cameo new love interest for Yi Jun?

And still not be as good as Happiness.

Pretty good show but could have been awesome. :)
Hope you find something better with the next show :)
I liked that show. I really, really liked that show.
I don't know what this new show is.
