I'm not sure myself, I don't really follow hollynews all that much but I think they announced it some time ago. They are all a little wierd sometimes. Must have something to do with the fame.
And you're right. That movie made me so depressed and sick, though it tried to encourage people in this situation and had many touching moments but overall it is heart-wrenching. But.. I don't know. It's important for movies like these to be made. Maybe some perpetrators will get scared if only a little. Or maybe that will just make them more smug. Laws should change because for now they protrct perpetrators rather than victims >< One thing is for sure watching it right after Comrades is nit advised ;_;
It made me so depressed that I have to reschedule my dramas and instead of Yakou Kanrasha I am rewatching an old romcom Cinderella Man. It's actually better than I remember it and Kwon Sang Woo remains one of my favourite pretties XD It doesn't deserve all te low scores even though it does have the meddling second female who is insanely annoying. But I enjoy the prince and pauper theme a lot.
Aww I ddn;t mind that stubbke he's technically a "gangster" so it fits but it looks better in other dramas for sure. The characters were really nice in that drama. I loved the father.

Nice yo see you back Cheerful :) Princess pearl is weak overall. At least the remake. The original story is a bit better. I will watch king's daughter soon but I lost the saeguk mood temporarily, probably because of Comrades. And Conrades was great, I really loved it, especially because of the great cast. Choi Su Jong is my newly discovered love.
For now I seem to be, everything excites me again, the plots the casts, the set-ups. Suddenly I am again in that phase where I love finding new dramas to watch. Watching itself has its ups and downs because my attention span varies. I can either keep the attention or get impatient. It depends on the drama. Comrade caught me completely into its world. I also watched Parallel Life film last night and I have to say this one kept me entertained all throughout, though the premise is a bit of a conspiracy theory so I confess I rolled my eyes at it but even so I watched it all and was entertained. I plan to watch Yakou Kanransha next as well as keep abreast with Wonderful Dayss.
Have fun watching GT Onizuka :) Sounds like it's going to be more fun than Inspiring Generation.

I don't know, last time I heard they were divorcing. There has always been something cold about her. I like Michael though. I think she has some mental issues. haha, what luck :D Well let me know how you find it if you do manage to see it :D
Aww. I wonder if fermentation family will be enough win you over to the Song Il Gook side XD Happy watching. Reply is overall a good series, it has more heart than most korean dramas.

Hi Edina. Yes, better than recently in any case :) How about yourself?
it's a tiresome drama. On the plus side you get three stories for the price of one, but...JiHyun;s story is such a typical k-melodrama...the most happens there, but what happens is entirely ridiculous. Eugene and UTW are very likeable. It;s a nice change of pace for UTW who plays a relaxed character in contrast to his other roles. SuMi seems all right. At the heart of it lies a good idea: women who ask can we love?
Well, JiHyun, I"m not sure if you can love. You shouldn't have done what you did. Your redemption falls flat on me, it was a really silly storyline. You have been asked to bear all the problems of the world on your shoulders, almost. Evil mother-in-law, a lover, a rebellious daughter, a secret daughter..sheesh!
SuMi is all right, despite becoming a typical korean witch in the process, but she was very lonely. Still, I only really liked Eugene and ITW story. This is not for those who can't stand cheating and betrayals or those who hate typical korean melodramas. Too bad, Eugene and UTW had a more likeable tale to tell. But their kisses were really weird. they could have done without them. Weird angles.

lol. It's true though. I haven't slept at night since I slet earlier so it;s like an hour suddenly disappeared. It;s kind of creepy.
I just finished watching an entertaining movie so somehow I feel relaxed. Parallel Life. Kind of conspiracy theory-led but rather entertaining nonetheless.

Let's say I was overall quite happy with 1994 ;-) there's mpre to it than shipping though. It;s an overall warm drama with lots of character bonding.
I had some food too lol. oh wait Kimchi Family as in Fermentation Family? That one didn't make too hungry but it had some nice characters. And Song Il Gook :D and there were some brother issues that I liked. I liked that drama back in the day but I need to rewatch, ah.
Happy running :D
I think the reference to the war of the roses may not be accidental. They really go into an all-out war fir posessions in that film. I hope not. Catherine Zeta Jones expressed some interest at one point in remaking the film with Douglas. Apparently she said that the public would love to see her fighting with Douglas without any household bliss 0.0 I never liked her. She always seemed somehow scheming to me.

Ahaha. In that case I'd be curious what you think of Reply 1994. THAT one has users fighting tooth and nail over the males XD seriously something that I haven't quite experienced on this scale before XD haha. To the point that users seriously downrate the drama.
Enjoy the kimchi. I should try eating some. Im eating sushi like mad but beyond that I tried little asian food. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it XD
Yes. War of the Roses It's divorce centric. Or rather house battle centric. They do everything they can to drive each other from the house they live in. I think things got a little out of hand too.
Will look forward to your posts on the drama. I hope it continues to be good.

Soredemo is sad but it;s very humane and ultimately beautiful. I think you will like it. The acting is powerful. The drama reminds us about what forgiveness is...there are people disappointed with the ending but any other kind of ending would have brought this masterpiece down by a considerable notch or two. The ending is good though, optimistic. Just not simplistic. :)
lol Sasaki couple Merciless Battle? XD The title somehoiw brings to my mind the film with Kathleen turner and Michael Douglass, the war of the Roses I think it was called.
Your description of it makes me very curious about it,also because Ashida Mana is a phenomenon to me. She's so young but seems to love what she's doing I wonder what she's going to be like when she grows up.

great :) Good luck then :) Ahh, I heard it;s a little naive. But I have no doubt the story is fact paced because the writers are the same as for Giant. But I don't like Ha Ji Won much- she gets on my nerves a lot so I won't be watching it anytime soon I"m afraid. I have my drama schedule full with other things abyway. It's nice to hear from you :)

I think Can't lose can be one such drama. I watched it ages ago but at the time I was in a different state of mind so I think I didn't appreciate it well enough.
Haha, true :D Wouldn't that be something out of this world if they all just lined up in a line to date us :D One problems with that is demographically there seem to be more women than men anyway. If anything, they could be swarmed by 5 women.
I can't remember that scene in Brain. I;ll have to rewatch it.But I can understand how it can cause a conflict haha. For me Lee Sung Min is still the king from king 2 hearts. He was so kingly and then this happend XD
I see you found something hjapenese instead. I hope iyt will be to your taste :) Have you watched Soredemo Ikite Yuku yet? This is one of the dramas that shouldn't be missed.

him kissing the make up technician in Miss Korean just didn't go down very well for me. I like a good kiss when there is tension airising from anticipation, like "just kiss me already!" but that doesn't work everywhere.
XD I think that was their intention, they may be afraid that I get the wrong idea about Tv in Japan XD I hope to nmeet them again and tell them all about my love for Tonbi and others ;-) hopefully that may calm their hearts lol.
I'm not sure what I want to do after Comrades myself. I still have sandglass to finish bit that one is way more weepy that Comrades. It must be due to the music. I saw you have quite a few dramas on hold. Why did you put them on hold? Were they very uninteresting for you perhaps?

XD Isn't that typical for k melos though? To the point that I"m starting to think the SCRIPTWRITERS whink this is what relatipnships are like 0.0 There are very few exceptions. 9 Ends 2 Outs was a nice change of pace as in it depicts a story of two friends slowly realising they want to take their relationship a step further. Those dramas aren't [ppular though, for some reason. The result is what it is. But it;s the wailing and hysterics that put me off k-dramas so much. Can we love is becoming tiresome because of JiHyun;s story which is very much like that. I think I'll just put in on complete for now because technically I know what happens. But it's really tiresome to watch.
Even though I like UTW in there but the kissing scenes he has with Eugene come across as very unnatural. I mean all those wierd angles 0.0 Not natural at all. Somehow, that bothers me because I don't really like kissing iof it comes across as forced which in this case it does. Similarly I was botherd by how forefcul Lee Sung Min tried to be. He's a good actor but
