I'm only on episode 21 but the FL is hands down one of the best wives. I'm still cackling at how she hired a bunch of men to beat up her husband's boss in retaliation for beating her husband up.
In real life he does has the look of a bad boy 😄In this serie, he impress me because its not easy to make the…
He does have that kind of bad boy/villain look going for him. I want more roles like this for him. He seems like a bad guy but is a complete sweetheart to his lady.
I want her to do a Sageuk again (it's been years) or some kind of thriller. I love her and I've seen a lot of her acting in the past and I know she's capable of more than modern dramas.
Watching Deng Kei be a great husband in this drama and seeing him be a complete scumbag in Destined is such a contrast and true testament of his versatility as an actor.
I can't stand Kang Da Eul's husband and his bum family. This woman is on her feet for hours, comes home, and has to cook and clean for his family (who is disrespectful af) and her husband (if he's home) while he does whatever he wants. This man can't even do the bare minimum of picking up his daughter or taking out the trash. I really hope she divorces him at the end of this drama.
If you comsider WIFTY the gold standard of youth dramas, i think that standard is so low lol. Watch more youth…
I'm going to take it that you're eight. From the numerous grammatical errors and your overall childish response to an innocent comment. I don't argue with children.
frrrr I'm only 6 ep in so far and my brain keeps thinking about WIFTY ( especially the doomsday part that they…
I just watched the doomsday episode and my mind just went WIFTY did is so much better. *Sigh* Youth dramas are going to have to step there game up now.
I really wished I didn't watch WIFTY. This drama isn't bad so far (I actually quite like it being that I'm only a few episodes in) but internally my mind keeps thinking of WIFTY and comparing the two. It's not even because it's the exact same actress playing as the FL but because I consider WIFTY the gold standard for great Youth dramas.
It was a pretty good drama. The cinematography was beautiful, the acting was good, and the chemistry between the leads was also pretty good. It never felt as though I was watching a short drama and I will give props to the director and writer because they do an impeccable job of making us viewers feel satisfied. This drama gets an 8.5 from me.
I loved this drama. The leads already being a couple before the drama starts was actually well done. From that one small snippet, we got on how they fell in love was well executed. I think it had a lot to do with the main lead's great chemistry (the second couple were great too).
For a short drama, this really delivered on all aspects. Too bad the subs are by mango. Some of the political stuff went over my head because the subs were trash. Solid 9/10 drama.
This drama had all my favorite tropes in a typical rom-com contract relationship/fake relationship, fake identity,…
The unnecessary break-up was terrible. She agreed to marry him and in the same episode leaves him and doesn't contact him for years.
The twin sister barely made any impact. She came back just to leave the entertainment business, so the whole twin-thing just had little to no impact now that I think about it.
The woman who had a relationship with the uncle exposed everything and nothing bad happened to her. Actually since the FL's twin was out of the picture I'm sure she had a great career.
The male lead quit his job and gave it to his brother-in-law. I guess for love and all but it kind made him going back and forth with his uncle not as impactful if he was just going to give up what his father left him.
This drama had all my favorite tropes in a typical rom-com contract relationship/fake relationship, fake identity, and a strong FL. I loved it because although there was nothing original about the script, the actors delivered. The chemistry between the leads was palpable and steamy and the kissing scenes were great (But not going to lie those shirtless scenes with Gao Han were my favorite).
I initially was going to give this drama a 9 but the last two episodes were a huge letdown for numerous reasons. I don't want to spoil anything for new watchers so I'll just add a spoiler tag below.
