After this episode, it's clear to me that I over-complicated myself! Influenced by the comments and past experiences when I couldn't see the end twist of the Vagabond's coming, I overthink the plot when it is much simpler. I need time to watch till the end then forget it and rewatch it. Only then may my mind will be clear.
'If PCH really is not the Big Mouse, then it wouldn't make sense!' that's what I think as I watch the last three episodes. I mean, with such an incompetent lawyer as his background, how did he just change into a brilliant strategist out of nowhere? Even with the tremendous shock, he experienced. Let's say that he no longer cares about his own survival and just does it all out of revenge or to save his family. But, do such things powerful enough to make a man that was incompetent all his life and needed many attempts to be a lawyer and still incompetent lawyer again be a man that set up a game and played both BM and CDH? I turned my brain upside down to find the most logical answer for this damn mystery 😂 and here is the 'how if' theory of mine once again participate in this enchanting conversation
How if, indeed PCH is not a BM but he is not that incompetent man too! What if, he is the grandchildren of the elder that he refused to acknowledge and mentioned by the VIPs? He is not incompetent but acts like one for whatever his reason, to stay humble maybe. And somehow he was entangled in that messy situation.
Or if he is really BM then it would be better. His trial is on the way, right? And to prove that he is not the BM, he needs to fool everyone around him that believing he is BM including his own subordinate.
can you stop worrying about logic in every drama you watch it's so annoying
Do I ask you to be friends with me? Do I ask anyone here to be friends with me? If a friend of mine wants to unfriend me because of my critical thinking then I'll be glad to bid my farewell. And you won't tell me what I can do and what I can't do with my mind. I pointed out nobody or being personal with my comment above, I ain't even a 'logic-fanatics' and put a spoiler in it. Respectfully sarcastic for the production team that never gonna read it. I would stop myself here because it feels like you deserve to hear nothing of my ideals or opinion. May you live a happy life with your folks who loathed logic and stay like that. Don't learn, don't change, you are good just like that 😉

That's my worry not yours. If others opinion bothered you then please ignore it. It won't give any harm on your life and pleasure. I choose to be creature that think and process the information I have been given not blindly accept it and pretend nothing happens. Also no worries! I didn't say your fave drama is bad in plot setting, I just pointed out ridiculously illogical scene! Chill 😉
They sent a text to CEO Yoon and he read then in a second they teleported themselves from the club to the CEO office, what a logic 👏👏👏👏👏🤣 Good Job 👍 indeed
I may have different opinion. Noted that this drama was airing back in 2009, which is more than a decade ago and many changed after. I heard about it since I was in High School, I just never watch it for tons of reasons. Lately, I was rewatching Six Flying Dragon and still love it like the first time. So with an explosion of excitement, I decided to give it a shot.
Yes indeed Mishil as a character is best in many ways, I was intrigued and loved her the most in the entire drama. Honestly, till the end, Deokman holds no direct power as Mishil did or was not shown to have one. Again along the process, I tried to remind myself that it was made in 2009! I can't use the same brain cell I used to deduce who is the Big Mouse 😅. I may love it if I watched it around 2009 to 2012. But now? Not really, as a first-time watcher the plot is easy to read and mostly uses the 'because-of-the-writer-wants' logic. It's long and draggy. I give up on episode 55 and jumped to 61 right away 😅. Also, I heard about the plagiarism issue and it was proven right (kind of explains why some of the big parts were brilliant but the detail was rather lazy), I don't think I can rate it 😶
When GYJ played Naksu in the beginning of the season, she was so cool and JSM transform the character flawlessly. Then we used to see Naksu as Mudok and in this season we are going to see Naksu as Naksu. It just, I wish GYJ will also carries and equal flawless Naksu transformation and make us convinced that she's Naksu. No matter what form of her body, her soul still Naksu. I'm excited to see how she'll make it happen 😊
Once the 9th episode done all I can do was laughing in disbelief. I refuse to think anymore 🤗
But then I couldn't stop my brain again. A thought comes to me, how if... There's no big mouse at all??? It was just the character that the Mayor created to make a fuss and stir the current. Since his motive was quite obvious, revenge for whatever happens to his father. And may all those people with tattoo was his. Though I'm not quite sure about this too. Miho start to hide her intention from the Mayor too, it's a good sign. After all, we know that the Mayor hold his own agenda, but if there's Big Mouse, I'm still not quite convinced he was the one.
My Theory after ep7 & 8 think Big Mouse Is Himself 😁If nt why he is making this fuss,If u think carefully 90%…
For me either there will be another character coming up it should be PCH himself as a Big Mouse. Because up until now he was the only one with motive that left on my list. As for the personality disorder theory that often mentioned seems like it didn't fit the situation. If indeed he had that different personality in him and manage to hide it from his fam and friends, how could he never notice the blank moment when the other personality take offer. For at least seems like 30 years of his life, how could he had no idea about his own condition whatsoever? So, if PCH is the BM, he should be it Sober 😂
At this point, I stopped speculating. I mean the line between brilliant and stupid was so thin. The drama would either be a masterpiece or simply a piece that wastes our time and mind depending on what's ahead. It's been 8 episodes and we kept circling in survival mode. No motive, no reason yet to shared. For that impossible to find Big Mouse and what he aimed by putting his hand on Dr. SEO's murder case. If in the 9-10 episode there's still no single reason and motive being told and we still ride this survival plot, I am not sure what's ahead. As a watcher, I am okay to hang on to it blindly. As a writer, I write my own story 😂. If I was the writer, I'll make Park Chang Ho the Big Mouse, sober! It's more interesting to make him a bad guy with a good cause. I mean, who said the male lead ought to be perfect morally? Because it doesn't make sense that PCH have such intelligence (though not all the time) when he was a lawyer with a low winning record himself. Except, he just trolling everyone. Sometimes act like a fool and sometimes show his true nature. Making him an anti-hero will make more sense.
I read this comment section in silence with bunch of possibility in my head and engaging by every of respectful thought of drama enthusiasts here. Good or bad, same or different opinion with mine doesn't matter. I respect your opinion as you respect others. This comment section should be a healthy place where drama enthusiasts like us can connect, until today I scrolled down and found a fool that trolling this healthy ecosystem. Throwing trash here and there, whining when one call him/her immature. It's okay for you to have different opinion Architecofnonsense, but would you mind not to share you poison in every single hour? Once is enough, twice if you want. If you want other to respect you, please be respectful!
Fan Bing Bing lol 🤣😍 they could cast any other actor, instead they go for the A class which is terrific! I barely gave rating pass to 9, yet 9.5 for this one. The story is compelling, the characters are intriguing, Kim Yo Han's character development from a naive boy to meticulous-clever-calculating man was made sense and carefully executed step by step. The writer also smoothly prepared plethora of material for the potential second season. From his dad case, Jan Seon Oh, and the last NIS. And those are not presented in a rush, for they planned it many episodes before and made us think when did the card will be used and the moment it unraveled till the end, it make me thirst for the second season. The story will change, the set will change, but I definitely sense something incredible in it. I love how MJY slithering away from the judgment as he was always the foolish one in the story for playing the game everyone left behind. Finally, for the first time in forever he makes a smart move 🤣. I love the strength of the CEO Oh and Jang Seon Oh dynamic character. Most importantly, I love the fact that the writer spent time to think about the story till the end and not make it confusingly half-good half-bad. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ah, a well-thought story requires a viewer that able and want to invest their time and energy to think through it then connect the dots without the writer need to feed it directly. I took 0.5 from the perfection for personal reason like unfavorable color grading and I expecting more clear punch for when he was in the prison. And those were personal desire and I got the logic why he ought to act that way.
I've waiting and waiting and waiting all day long 😂 can't be focused on my work and wish that I could have a nap then bluff the time passed. Unfortunately, I cannot 😅 so this 30+ minutes definitely killing me 🤣
At that moment when she crying Emperor not favoring her, and she also already had a lot other hardships, was bullied…
Well said! Ask ourselves, which one more significant, the feeling when we lost our pet (or our loved one) or when we got an unfortunate news that our high school classmate we didn't see for couple years lose her entire family. I have no right to generalized y'all opinion, but on my case, it would be the time I lose my cat. Yet tho I feel sorry for what happened to my HS classmate and may try to do things I can to help, I couldn't deny the fact that losing my cat gave me more pain. Because pain is equal though the reason may not.
I could say there's a lot of over-acting here, especially the actress that played Jo Hyeon. The story wasn't necessarily bad, it actually quite good and bearable. It just the over-act, the excessive use of curse that not in its place thus cause more cringe than the actual tense it means to build, and the bad, very bad mandarin for one supposed to be 'living in china' for most of their lives, but speaking very fluent korean out of nowhere. In the first 30 minutes, I was reminded of my middle school me proudly show off my ridiculous over portion story to everyone at school. Except for Jo Hyeon and so called 'the doll from Shanghai' that speak broken Mandarin, everyone seems well casted. Yet, I am not sure if it's worth watching. I love the first one better.
