I’m watching Ha Kyun in beyond evil right now and if his acting is as good in this movie as it is in that drama,…
Thank you for the recommendation ^^ I just added all those onto my list after going through his filmography XD all the movies he’s been in sound really good plot wise. I’m looking forward to watching them all ^^
Sort of sux that the cast list gives away who Yi Seo’ brother is. I mean I kinda of guessed it around episode 2 but still it’s not like I knew for sure. There was still doubt in my mind. Then I looked it up just to look at the cast and their other work and I’m hit with it >_< spoiled myself ugh
The story wasn't that great, but the acting from both MLs was excellent
I’m watching Ha Kyun in beyond evil right now and if his acting is as good in this movie as it is in that drama, I assume he saves the movie. Anyway my point is he’s a great actor in everything I see him XD like amazingly great. I’ve only seen Kyung Soo in 100 days my prince and he was alright, not on Ha Kyun’ level but he’s a lot younger obviously XD
Can someone tell me if this is the kind of drama, where the guy who thinks he’s gay because he’s falling in love with a girl dressed as a boy is relieved after he finds out it’s a girl?
I just can’t deal with that kind of plot tbh it makes me cringe and it’s gross.
I had planned to play this dorama for such an awful long time until I released it and in 4 days it examined it…
Why dorama? I know that’s how Koreans pronounce it... but... if your spelling and writing in English it just... rubs me the wrong way bro. Lose the o...
it's the back to the future effect, and also 17 again. I don't think it's funny either.
Yeah same >_< I know the effect they’re going for is for it to be cute and funny, but I agree with you that it definitely isn’t either of those. And, I like the show, but that part makes me uncomfortable. Which kind of ruins a lot of the enjoyment for me.
There’s a few things I really enjoyed about this. First, was the idea of the Stage and the characters not being able to control their actions, saying and doing things they don’t want to. It was a very inventive way of creating friction and drama. Second was the characters becoming self aware, that to was a great way of changing a cliche character into something deeper with more relatable emotions.
The things I didn’t enjoy though, were Ha Ru’ lack of personality past ‘I’m going to save Dan Oh, I love Dan Oh’ like bro, we get it, but you could have put more of an effort into giving him a personality that wasn’t non existent.
Beak Kyeon also didn’t really work as an antagonist, maybe if they were still in the historical manhwa it would have. But in this one XD he’s just a bad tempered high school student that acts like a dick. I mean what’s he gunna do? Seriously? What exactly could he do, except be annoying?
Nam joo and Joo Da should have had more scenes, or at least Joo Da and Do Hwa should have since they are meant to be the secondary couple. But so much time is spent on Beak Kyeong, Ha Ru and Dan Oh towards the end, and all they’re doing is a constant repetition of the same lines and situations said in different ways in different locations.
It just jumps from Dan Oh and Beak Kyeong fighting to Ha Ru and Beak Kyeong fighting. Over the same thing again and again. He says they can’t change it, they say they can. This happens for like the last 10 episodes constantly. I skipped through half the episodes because of this. And I missed nothing...
Ok but, if everyone just keeps thinking it’s her daughter, and they don’t magically forget she was there once she disappears won’t they all just think that ha ni abandoned her daughter?
If I'm not wrong it took 3 seasons for Will to actually murder someone. The progression was nicely done. If they're…
I wasn’t saying they’re trying to copy Hannibal exactly, that would be a little obvious, and if they wanted to do that they could have just done a remake. But the plots is way to close to Hannibal for me to say that no one on the production staff has ever seen it.
well, in real live less than eight decide the death of millions by making wars lol
You mean the 1%? You realise that’s actually a lot more than 8 people >_< you can’t start a war just coz you want to, even if you orchestrated a situation that would allow you to start a war, more than 8 people will most definitely be involved
I like this so far, I just get annoyed with the obsession they have with what they call the psychopath gene >_< smh it’s in so many k dramas, used as a plot device too often imo.
But XD wanting to pass a law to kill babies with the gene that part was fucking hilarious. And it’s what being voted on by like 8 people XDDD that part was truly fucking hilarious, I know it was meant to be dark and serious but I’m sorry it just made me laugh.
Also I think Beyond evil is way better than this show...
I wish this had been even more ridiculous than it was tbh. The ending was kinda slow, if you’ve watched it you might get what I mean. There’s like half an hour at the end where the movie tries to be almost serious in a way and it kinda ruins the whole vibe it had going.
Omfg I swear sometimes I can’t deal with Korean culture. I don’t even know if I could blame this woman if she actually did it, when she grew up in a culture that essentially thinks it’s ok to treat people that way if they are younger than you, your subordinates, your juniors etc.
I just can’t deal with that kind of plot tbh it makes me cringe and it’s gross.
