I don’t think this is an unpopular opinion. We’re all fans of CX here. The actor does a phenomenal job.

The ending for CX is… in the end, he gets everything, but he also gets nothing, because while he has achieved all of his dreams and ambitions, he lost the one person he truly loved. His journey to power began in order to protect XY, but in the end, he has everything but XY in his life.

The biggest mystery to me in this series is how Peng Yang, the actress plays Sang Shun Hua (FL’s aunt), is supposed to be plain. Apparently, her former left her due to her plain appearance, and she herself believed herself to be plain and average in appearance.
